About this property

Authentic mountain buron with exceptional view

Character mountain house completely renovated, quiet, hanging on the mountain, located on the slopes of Puy Gros. Unobstructed view of the mountain, southern exposure, very good sunshine, unique setting regularly 'visited' by the muffins ... Beautiful terrace and green space.
The house is located 6 km from the downhill ski slopes and 6 km from the cross-country ski trails, 3 km from the center of MONT-DORE and the thermal baths. Presence of free shuttles for travel.
Access to the buron can be snowed in winter for the last 300 meters.
Neat mountain decoration, large Auvergne fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 very large common room with kitchen.
Equipment: beautiful mountain dishes, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4 hotplates, coffee maker, toaster, large lcd tv, dvd player, free wifi, baby furniture.
Snowshoes and sleds are available free of charge.
Linen rental possible.

Une semaine parfaite !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La maison est très agréable et parfaite pour 8 personnes, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La vue est magique et l’emplacement idéal pour profiter des chemins de randonnée depuis la maison. Une mention spéciale à Julia pour son accueil et ses très bons conseils. Une grand merci !

Beau gîte ! On a passé un bon moment... Sans neige ! Propriétaires sympas ! Vue magnifique! Prestation bois 20€ à ras la brouette et 150€ la prestation ménage, on a trouvé ça excessif !

Chaque année on vient au Banne d'Ordanche avec une groupe de modélistes. On a passé une semaine très agréable dans cette buron très spatieux et confortable,et ses propriétères très sympathiques!

Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants et nous avons passé un agréable séjour au buron de Margot. La maison est propre, confortable, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La vue depuis la terrasse est sublime ! Julia et son mari sont adorables et très prévenants. Le Centre de Mont Dore est à environ 30 mns à pied et il y a plusieurs départs de randonnées depuis la maison.

Veritable buron aux murs epais tres utile pour se preserver de la chaleur de cet été. Meublé avec gout,belle vue avec en prime le bruit de la Dordogne pour s'endormir.... Un petit coin d'ombre ou au moins un plus grand parasol seraient tout de meme les bienvenus...

Chalet magnifique et vue superbe. Un apéro en terrasse qui laisse rêveur. Rien ne manque pour un bon fonctionnement de la maison. L accueil de Julia est très chaleureux et ses conseils sont précieux pour découvrir les alentours. La chevrerie est à faire absolument. Même nos ados ont délaissé leurs écrans pour un vrai moment de partage et ils en parlent encore. A louer sans hésiter
