Mi lugar es con vistas a la playa, excelentes vistas, restaurantes y restaurantes, actividades para toda la familia, cerca del centro de la ciudad con dos plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas. Te encantará mi lugar debido a la ubicación, la gente, el ambiente y el vecindario. Mi lugar es un excelente lugar de vacaciones para parejas y familias (con niños). Provisto de necesidades de cocina, ropa de cama, juegos, libros y DVD. La ubicación del condominio hace que sea fácil caminar a la playa sin cruzar ninguna carretera. We had an amazing time! My family has been coming to the pelican for over 20 years and we loved staying in this condo this year! It is clean, cozy, and was stocked with all the essentials for a beach trip which was so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

This vacation rental has everything you need to make your beach vacation wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach view, comfy mattresses, plenty of beach chairs/items and very clean and updated throughout. The owners are so thoughtful when it comes to making sure their guests have everything. They quickly respond to any questions or concerns. Definitely will rebook with them. This condo had all the boxes checked!!! The resort keeps the pools and pool area clean!

Absolute Perfection – Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!We just spent a full month at this beautiful condo and truly wish we could have stayed longer! The property itself completely surpassed our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with absolutely everything we needed and more for a long-term stay. The ocean views are stunning!The location provided the perfect beach escape. Beyond the condo itself, we loved having so many fantastic restaurant and shopping options nearby. Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed staying at SeaGlass! Jan was very good at communicating and had plenty of amenities to use in her condo. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views! The pool was a great amenity.

This is a great option for a family of four. Great space for us all to enjoy along with the ocean view! The host was very accommodating and thoughtful about making our stay most enjoyable. Definitely worth the splurge to stay!

Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

Joan was very accommodating when our flights to Orlando were changed. She communicated prior to our arrival, during our stay (told us about the SpaceX launch) and on the day we were checking out. Her condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the condo were gorgeous. We were lucky to view the Super Moon and also sunrises! We would highly recommend her condo. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Great Stay at the Seaglass!

Jan an Chad have a beautifully appointed and clean condo. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in and felt like we were at home which made our 2 week stay that much more enjoyable. We live for the sun, ocean and beach and weren't disappointed. As an all around vacation spot, this is it!

This was our second stay in this unit. We loved every single thing about it. So much so, that we extended our stay…not once, but twice. From the easy communication with the owner, Jan, to the beautiful decor and the amazing cleanliness of the unit. The pools and the view are beautiful and we had almost perfect weather. We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to come back next year!

Fabulous Return Stay

Our family loves this condo. It is very clean and there are so many things that were supplied for our stay at our fingertips. The pool and the surrounding areas are kept exceptionally clean. Jan is an absolute delight to deal with.

We have truly had one of our most enjoyable January stays in about 17 yrs. The condo is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spotless. Jan's attention to detail goes above and beyond!
