Relax with the whole family in this newly built penthouse just a few kilometres from the Gargano coast, located in a quiet residential area and equipped with electronic locks for discreet and hassle-free smart check-in, on the second floor. Bedrooms with double beds, an open-concept living area with a double sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette for the apartment’s exclusive use, equipped with an induction cooktop, cookware, silverware, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an ironing board and iron. It also features a washing machine (free for stays of at least 4 nights), a clothesline, and a spacious terrace—also for the apartment’s exclusive use—where children can play while you prepare lunch, complete with a gazebo for summer evenings, benches, a table, and a barbecue (extra charge) for romantic al fresco dinners. P.S. All of the services listed above are included with the apartment for stays of at least 3 nights or for short stays at the full rate (on average 80 euros per night for 2 people). Conversely, short stays or discounted rates—such as last-minute deals—do not include breakfast, use of the induction cooktop for lunch or dinner, or use of the washing machine, as these are considered extras.
