Bright and cosy Andalusian-style townhouse in Ecija, opposite Plaza España. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests.

> Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a grill microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and all the utensils you need for a comfortable stay.
> Living/dining room: This is a very cosy and carefully decorated room, next to the entrance door and in front of the kitchen. This room has a comfortable double sofa bed and a small table to enjoy a coffee or a delicious meal next to the window overlooking Plaza España. From here you can go upstairs to the bedroom.
> Bedroom: Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, a Smart TV and a storage area with space to unpack during your stay.
> Bathroom: Delicately decorated room with washbasin, toilet and shower.

The house has WiFi included. Basic toiletries and cleaning products are provided.

Paid underground parking on site.

The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.
We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 21:00. After 9pm there is an extra charge of 40€ until 23pm and 60€ until 00am. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rates.
Please give us 24 hours notice of your arrival time to ensure that someone is waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour after the scheduled arrival time there will be a 25€ surcharge.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minors unaccompanied by an adult. The minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

*Bed linen and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
