The plot is directly to Als Fjord and the house itself is approx. 150 metres from the water. No letting to youth groups. Due to the size of the house the prices for deposit and final cleaning deviate from the normal listed prices. No letting to youth groups. The large cottage of 345 m² with sleeping arrangements for 16 people and more bathrooms will be the ideal setting for a holiday for several families. The house is an older house that is continually renovated and maintained. The house has an exciting bathing environment with the possibility of relaxing in the pool, whirlpool or sauna. The house has pellet boiler to heat the house and swimming pool. In the house there is a large dormitory, where you can sleep 6 people in a room. There are furthermore 3 cots and 3 high chairs. The TV also has German channels. There is a beach-volleyball court with international measures (8x16 meters). The house is located in a very quiet area, which means that only nature's own sounds will disturb you. On the private property there are hiking trails along the coast, and there are benches to stay along the way, where you can sit and enjoy the view. Outside the 33,000 m² plot there are preserved areas for long walks in the beautiful area.
