Accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests, Villa Clematis has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is one spacious bedroom with a king size bed 180x200 cm. The bathroom with shower/curtain is next to the room.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms have a king size bed 180x200 cm, while the third bedroom has a king size bed 180x200, which can be separated into 2 single beds 90x200 cm if necessary. All rooms on the first floor have their own bathroom with bathtub.

On the ground floor, the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals, and the living room offers a space to relax and socialize on two sofas, accompanied by 2 armchairs, 2 tables, a TV, and a fireplace. Engage in some friendly competition with a game of table football in the living room, or step outside onto the terrace. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a table for 8.

Escape the summer heat with a refreshing dip in the 32 m2 swimming pool, with a comfortable depth of 1.5 meters. The poolside sunbathing area, equipped with 8 deckchairs, beckons for relaxation under the warm Istrian sun. An outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace awaits your culinary creations, to be enjoyed at the covered dining table.

Additional amenities for your convenience during your stay include a washing machine, iron, high chair, and baby cot.

The fenced courtyard of Villa Clematis offers 3 private parking spaces.
