The private sunny enclosed garden is the perfect spot for relaxing, and dining al fresco, or a lovely glass of something cold and refreshing. Set back at end of drive, standing within the owner’s grounds, yet commands its own privacy and space.

Excellent sandy beaches backed by dunes at Caister on Sea, Scratby, Hemsby, and Winterton on Sea. The livelier seaside town of Great Yarmouth offers a fun fair, amusements and more. Wroxham, capital of the Broads National Park, is just 12 miles away and offers daily boat hire, river trips and riverside shops and cafés. The market town of Acle is 5 miles away and is great for supermarket, shops, café, vets, pub and train station. The city of Norwich is just 18 miles away and is excellent for shopping offering two indoor shopping malls, market square, theatre, restaurants, cafés, pubs, galleries, cinema complex, cathedral, and castle museum.
