Welcome to our 2 bed pet friendly chalet on the beautiful Norfolk sunrise coast.

10 minute walk to the sea, free WI-FI and plenty of phone charging stations in our lovely chalet. Have the best nights sleep in our lovely comfortable beds. Two singles and one double plus free use of travel cot if required. Towels and beach towels supplied and everything else you will need for a fun day out on our beautiful beaches. We have games for all the family and books to just chill out and read. Electricity is also included along with a welcome pack. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. For those warm summer evenings there is a lighted outdoor seating area. If you fancy some entertainment, Oasis club is open every day, where food is also served, there is entertainment at night all through school holidays and every weekend. A pool pass is provided for the indoor pool with seating around the pool and a gym next door. Also onsite is a kids play area, 5 aside football pitch/basketball, bouncy castle, crazy golf and arcade. A shop and delicious fish and chip shop are also on the park.

From start to finish Elaine kept me informed . The chalet is clean tidy . And she has pretty much thought of everything. She is a credit to the the hosting world The shop and club house was near by . And she had a info book that had lots of ideas and information in Well done Elaine

Totally amazing. Communication was first rate. If I had a question, it was answered within a few hours. Everything was clearly described/advised. Extremely comfortable, good location for us the amenities was good and mostly free. The shop isn’t over priced, like they often can be and the fish n chip shop was the same price as any other chippy.Highly recommended! We shall be going again next year.

There was so much provided in the chalet for those people that have had a long journey,milk,tea,coffee saving the immediate trip to a shop. The work involved giving everyone as much as possible for total comfort. The chalet was very clean, also providing children’s beach and pool toys.I highly recommend the chalet and surrounds , and not to miss all the places that provide food and drink within walking distance. The general area has something for all if not on the beach.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Sunrise chalet. Immaculately clean. Well equipped and comfortable. We were very cosy. Elaine was readily available, easy to communicate with very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find, peaceful and just great for us to explore parts of Norfolk. Its a short walk to a beautiful big beach, taking you past a local, pub, cafe and fish and chip shop. We loved it all

The property felt like home,the property was clean,my kids loved their room. We had fun playing with the games there and the indoor pool was lovely thanks to the swimming inflatables left by Elaine. The guide book made it easy for us to decide on where to go and where to eat. It was a lovely staycation. My family and I will love to be back in the nearest future

A lovely, bright & clean chalet, host was lovely with easy access code, WiFi code, good information in the guest folder & up to date. In the lounge & both bedrooms there were USB charges. Lovely gated entrance so our 2 JRT could access outside without thier leads on (they love a good nose to see what's going on!) I'd forgotten I'd mentioned it was our anniversary weekend away (28years) & they had left us a card & bottle of prosecco. Which was such a thoughtful touch you also get a beautiful sunset right on your doorstep! I would definately recommend a stay & also the local Chinese with 5*food hygiene was lovely. I ordered from there 2yrs ago & it's still just as delicious!

Clean and tidy, great travel cot - bring own sheets (but that's a given). We had an issue with the oven but the hosts were attentive and dealt with it promptly. Also got some top recommendations for local eateries and pubs. The chalet is far enough from the evening entertainment that you can't hear it but it's still close to all the amenities. Nice sandy beach at the end of the road. Would stay again!

California sands Chalet lets

We loved our 3 night stay at a really lovely chalet. The owner Elaine had put in a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and even treats for our dogs!! There were towels provided too. The chalet was lovely and we would definitely stay again. Elaine was only a phone call or text away if needed. Which we did and found Elaine very helpful and a lovely host. Thank you

An amazing, clean chalet. The host left a basket of tea/hot chocolate/biscuits to welcome us. There was plenty of things to do in the chalet, if we had children with us. We have stayed in 4 different chalets now on this site, this is by far the cleanest and most welcoming. The host advised us we could enter the chalet early, not have to wait till the afternoon. Excellent communication all round. Great ‘welcome’ book on the table giving us bus times, local restaurants/bars and their opening times.

Elaine and Tony live in Caister-on-Sea so are nearby if any problems should occur. Caister and the surrounding areas are so beautiful and friendly and our amazing clean beaches stretch for miles. You will often spot a seal or two swimming by, or you can visit Horsey Gap, a fifteen minute drive up the coast to see a whole colony of seals.
