Beautiful caravan with a modern interior throughout, spacious and decking to enjoy the sunshine! In a great location with plenty of bird watching areas and fishing lakes nearby. Also stones throw from full boat and mooring facilities Goodchild Marine.

2 bedroom caravan, sleeps 6. With beautiful field views, large decking, double glazing and central heating. Diamond rated.

Property exactly as advertised. An added extra for us was that Marsh View as on the residential part of Kingfisher so very quiet which is what we wanted.

Lovely stay thank you.Found the caravan difficult to find, but local knowledge from a friendly passer by helped.Caravan was clean and tidy, could do with a slightly clearer message re Linen and a note of where nearest bins are!Again had to ask 2 locals to find the bins. But overall and excellent stay and only 10 mins from Great Yarmouth, with local shops also quite close by, with a pub a minute walk away by the river.

Caravan holiday

Site was very good. There was no parking next to caravan- computer and paperwork said there was.

Fantastic marsh view

This property is a gem. It has amazing marsh views, it feels like it's brand new, it's in a very peaceful part of the park, so if you want to get away from it all, it's perfect. Lovely walks along the river and around the castle ruins. The fisherman pub is a 5 minute walk and has the best sunsets and great real ale. We will definitely be back to this property as regularly stay in this area!

Marsh View

Very nice, the only thing we could have done with is Wi-Fi and a gate on the decking, to keep our dog secure. It’s very dog friendly park you have to keep your dog on the lead which is sensible given new dogs don’t know each other. Plenty of bins and poo bins, lovely view and a quiet park. Fisherman Inn down the road has seen better days and the food was t brilliant but the beer and wine were very reasonable the view over the Marina was lovely and the staff were friendly and welcoming even let the dog in.

Fantastic!

My parents and I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. We have never stayed in a caravan before and boy oh boy was it a pleasant surprise. The caravan furnishings were gorgeous, chick and minimal. Everything you could need is provided for apart from the linen and towels which were mentioned in the details of the property. The terrace at the front was delightful specially with a glass of wine in hand. The living room was gorgeous and comfy specially after a day of walking around and sightseeing. Overall absolutely wonderful stay. Pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend!

2c holidays completely inflexible with bereavenent

To vrbo: we did not stay although we pad - hence the review ! We did not stay here as 2c holidays were completely inflexible - we wanted to move stay by one day to accommodate the funeral, property was not booked for that time. They flat out refused, I know the Ts and Cs said so but a little compassion would not have hurt. Will never use them again.
