COMING IN FROM THE SUN: High-end mini split air conditioning system - a great luxury, as many Caribbean rentals only have window units or no AC at all - and 3 ceiling fans downstairs and 1 upstairs.

SLEEPING: One bedroom; maximum of 2 adults recommended. Upstairs loft-style master suite with plush pillow-top King bed. For your daytime naps, we HIGHLY recommend the hammock on the beach down the hill.

DINING IN: Dine inside or al fresco on the front terrace; either way, the backdrop for your meal is a jaw-dropping panoramic view of the spellbinding turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Fully stocked kitchen has all appliances and cookware necessary to make any gourmet meal. Large propane grill on the front terrace. Ceramic cooktop and countertop oven in the kitchen; this is a fully functional oven (not a toaster oven), perfect for baking entrees, sides, & rum cakes! (We’ll leave you a copy of our favorite rum cake recipe to take home; it’s SO easy and positively addictive. And don’t worry; you won’t get tipsy eating this cake. Unless you choose to wash it down with a glass of rum . . .)

DINING OUT: Simply take a short stroll down the hill toward the beach the award-winning, oceanfront Duggan’s Reef Restaurant (nightly dinner & Sunday brunch) and Tess’s TLC Cafe (daily breakfast & lunch), or drive 5-15 minutes to explore a wide array of other culinary options. Many famous individuals have dined at Duggan's through the years, and you'll see why. Try the Irish Whiskey Lobster!

APPLIANCES & ELECTRONICS: Washer & dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ceramic cooktop, countertop oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender, outdoor propane grill, Samsung 55-inch HD tv, Samsung BluRay/DVD player, & more. Strong Wi-Fi in the villa for your personal devices.

PETS: Unfortunately not allowed. But we do have fascinating local wildlife to enjoy! Just no grabbing the iguanas by their tails or plucking the peacocks’ feathers for souvenirs; we want you to leave St. Croix with the same number of fingers you had when you arrived!

GUEST ACCESS: Your perfect “home away from home” - help yourself to the coffee bar (stocked with coffee & filters), basic toiletries, and laundry detergent. Since we reside at the villa for lengthy periods of time each year, you will find this property more stocked than most when it comes to having the comforts of home. When you’re ready to venture out, just grab your choice of recreational items provided for you at the villa - golf clubs, snorkel gear, fishing poles (gear & tackle box, too!), coolers, camping chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels - and let the adventure begin!

GUEST INTERACTION: Our phenomenal property manager, Stephanie, will serve as your concierge and can assist you with everything you need to make your stay perfect, start to finish! She can escort you from the airport to the villa and provide recommendations and driving directions for anywhere you’d like to go, from beaches to grocery stores. Our guests always RAVE about how effortless Stephanie made their vacation.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Quiet, immaculate, gated community; perfect if you need a getaway in which you can truly rest. Located on St. Croix's East End, overlooking Teague Bay with easy beach access (just a few minutes' walk from the condo!) and a 15-minute drive from downtown Christiansted. 2 dining establishments on the premises. Neighboring condo owners are incredibly warm and friendly. There's even a regular Friday afternoon golf scramble during peak season months (Nov-Apr), so just grab the set of clubs we’ve left for you in our villa, and sign up in the golf shop to join a team!

GETTING AROUND: Our property manager can provide you with all details for securing your rental car (book with us, and we’ll send you a 10% off discount code!) and will provide you with a FOB for the gate at the entrance to the property. Incredibly simple to get around on the island, and, if you’re from the states, you'll get a kick out of driving on the left side of the road. Don’t worry; the cars here are American, right-hand drive vehicles - it’s easy! Truly astounding to see how much St. Croix has to offer within a short drive; each day will be a new adventure as you explore breathtaking views at every turn (eye-popping turquoise waters!), stunning beaches (24!), and an endless variety of activities (bioluminescent bay kayaking, charter fishing, driving through the rainforest, historic sugar plantation tours, botanical gardens, snorkeling at Buck Island, and more!).

TRAVELER'S INSURANCE: Please acquire this if you want to receive a refund for last-minute cancellations/rescheduling during hurricane season (June 1 - November 30). If this site doesn't offer it, your local insurance provider can easily provide inexpensive options!

Restful Vacation

We had a lovely time staying here! We know St. Croix well, but this was out first time staying here, and it was great. The place has everything, and is perfect for 2 people. We had lots of privacy, and a super setting for reading, looking at Buck island and watching the sea. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderfully relaxing

This property had everything we needed and more. It was well decorated, equipped and very comfortable. We felt very at-home during our stay. I would definitely recommend.
