Beautifully presented 2 bedrooms apartment with a pool and garden view.
This beautiful two bedrooms second floor apartment (with a lift) is situated in the popular Universal area.
The harbour is about 5 mins drive or 20 minutes walking distance along the picturesque coastal path of Poseidonos Avenue passing shops, restaurants and tavernas.
The apartment enjoys a large covered poolside terrace and it nests in a small, lush complex with a restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops close-by.
The spacious apartment (113 sqm) is freshly and attractively decorated throughout. It has air conditioning in every room, 2 large inviting bedrooms with fitted double wardrobes. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a king size bed with an excellent mattress and has en-suite bathroom with a large bath. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. Each room has a separate there is a new air conditioning unit, a vanity unit, a wardrobe, bedside units and blackout blinds to ensure a good night’s sleep.
In The living room you will find a new 65 inch smart TV with Netflix, News and Sports channels. The sofa here opens to a comfortable double bed. The apartment also benefits of WiFi.
Adjacent is a lovely dinning area suitable for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical goods including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and a ceramic Hob and a microwave. Pots and pans, plates and cutlery as well as kitchen towels are provided.
The very spacious covered balcony faces the beautifully maintained gardens and swimming pool. In the balcony there are a table and reclining chairs allowing you to have your meals outdoors. There are as well as a couple of lounging chairs and beach towels.
2 Bathrobes, bath towels as well as shampoo and conditioner are also provided.
The entry to this beautiful complex is gated.
There are buses just 2 mins from the apartment running to the harbour and to the Old City. Taxis are also easily available for around €12 within Paphos town.
The Pambis restaurant, which has live entertainment twice a week, and the Breeze cafe are great favourites with many of the guests.
With so many excellent restaurants and traditional taverns, shops a beautiful mall, water parks and a zoo there is a lot to do in Paphos and around it.

After living many years in Scotland and following the Covid 19 breakout I decided to move to the beautiful island of Cyprus and chose to settle in the lively city of Paphos. The longer I live here the more I love my apartment and the city. I love travelling to the beautiful picturesque Troodos mountains, take long walks along the inviting shores and beaches, and relax in one of the many cafe’s and restaurants watching the perfect sunsets we have most of the year.

Universal is one of the nicest areas in Paphos. It is in a walking distance from the beach and very central in its location. From here you can travel to the beautiful quaint villages and small towns dotted around and enjoy the many international restaurants.

My apartment has the feel of a holiday apartment with the total benefits of home comforts. I love the calm colours all around me and I have great hours relaxing on the balcony. I enjoy having most of my meals there looking at the pool and its lush green surroundings.
