Le penthouse est la plus grande propriĂ©tĂ© de la sĂ©rie Paradise Gardens 1,2,3 & 4 et Limnaria Gardens. Il offre des jardins bien entretenus avec 2 piscines communes avec wc, douche et vestiaires prĂšs de la piscine. EntiĂšrement climatisĂ© (sans minuteries gĂȘnantes), wifi haut dĂ©bit gratuit, toutes les principales chaĂźnes de tĂ©lĂ©vision et sportives du Royaume-Uni et accessible par ascenseur, le penthouse est proche des restaurants et des centres-villes de l'ancien et du nouveau Paphos. Il se trouve Ă  moins de 3 minutes Ă  pied du dĂ©panneur du restaurant / bar le plus proche et de la boutique du fermier. Le penthouse a Ă©tĂ© intelligemment conçu avec une exposition sud grande terrasse et un salon, tandis que les chambres sont sur le cĂŽtĂ© nord refroidisseur de la propriĂ©tĂ©. La terrasse offre un barbecue et table / chaises pour 8, des chaises longues et un rouleau auvent devrait le soleil chypriote devenir un peu trop! The apartment was large and lovely with a large south facing balcony. We had the use of 2 pools should we so wish. It was a 30 minute walk down to the harbour front and perhaps a 40 minute walk to the Old Town. A taxi ride to either was 10.

Cadre agréable, calme et tranquillité !Bruits des chiens et de l'ùne à leurs heures de demande de nouriture, 2 fois par jour. Le centre animalier n'est pas loin.

Wonderful penthouse in Paphos

This 130 sq.m. penthouse was perfectly fitted for our group. Very clean, spacious and very well located. All equipment is easy available, two bathrooms are perfect for 6 people group. The terrace was a place where we spent our evenings. Two swimming pools with clean water, shower and always available sunbeds - perfect for lazy days. Only 8 minutes drive away from the motorway towards Limassol and Agia Napa. Walking distance to Paphos promenade. Excellent communication with the host. Clear rules of the rent. Shadowed parking place in the private area was a bonus in these hot days. We are definitely recommending Kaye's place to stay in Paphos.

October break in the sun

Everything worked perfectly. Spacious living/kitchen area and sun terrace. Ideal for the 4 of us but there is also ample space for 6.

Fantastic home from home apartment.

Have just spent a month at this fantastic apartment. Great outdoor space. Loads of room for sunbeds and table. Big apartment that is extremely well equipped and spotless. TV including sky/BT sports channels was very welcome. Communication with host was great. Would definitely visit again.

Great Stay! Oct 2019

The apartment is huge! We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Gardens. We were looking for a place to chill out and enjoy the sunshine and the apartment was a perfect place to do this. The sun terrace is a fab sun trap and the walk in to the city centre takes around 20 mins so lots of amenities nearby. The apartment had everything for our stay and communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Spacious and well equipped

Two of us stayed in this 3 double bedroomed apartment. I would recommend a car. We hired a car so we went for wonderful day trips out of Paphos.

“It was exactly as it says on the tin”

It was as we were expecting. It was in a good quiet spot. Great restaurant/bar round the corner and two super markets close by. Apartment was bigger than we were expecting. With everything you could want for a lovely holiday.

We had a great holiday, the apartment was perfect, in a great location with a few shops and Pambis Diner very close by. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, private and well looked after. The owners were very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Good location with restaurant and small supermarket 400 yards away and 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Nice pool area. Parking spaces a bit tight if you have more than a compact car. Internet TV a bonus for UK sport in particular.

Spacious and roomy,home from home.

For 3 weeks we enjoyed this lovely apartment where we could enjoy the sun all day on the spacious south facing terrace or take the lift down to the pool area.The apartment is in a short walking distance 100m to Pambis diner where we enjoyed full English breakfast most days.Next to the diner is a small supermarket where you can buy most things including English papers and 50m in the other direction a Farm shop which sells a variety of fresh fruit and veg and many other household items and grocery.This apartment is an easy walk from the centre but far enough away if you want peace and quiet.We loved the leisurely stroll to the centre in the evenings and a mainly short taxi ride back later.We felt very safe and secure in this top floor apartment and would definitely recommend it.

Set in lovely gardens, great sized pool with second pool Only 50m away. Everything you need for a family of 5-6. Great location, only 15-20mins walk the beach/harbour. Apartment lovely with privacy. Excellent helpful owner support too. Would go back tomorrow

Beautiful, clean and gorgeous apartment.

Lovely, spacious and clean apartment. Great location for a nice walk into the harbour (20 mins). Would highly recommend this to anyone, the fixtures and fittings are a high standard and the owner contacted us during the stay to ensure we were OK and if we needed anything - lovely lady and we will be booking again without doubt!

5 Star! An awesome repeat visit.

This was our second visit to this beautiful apartment, and we have already booked again for May 2016. The complex is in a great location with an easy 20 minute walk down to the harbour, great access to main roads if you wish to hire a car and explore, and there are shops and taverna at the end of the access road. The apartment is excellently maintained, spacious, comfortable, private and peaceful.There is a lovely pool in pretty landscaped gardens. The owners are incredibly helpful and really go out of their way to ensure that you have all the information that you need for a happy stay. A fabulous place to stay on a beautiful island.

Delightful Holiday

We had a delightful holiday in the penthouse. We were in Cyprus for a family wedding and the apartment provided an ideal central base for all the places we wanted to go. The photos don't do it enough justice as you can't see the high ceiling which gives the apartment a truly spacious feel. As a family with three school age children we particularly appreciated that the price of the penthouse didn't significantly increase during school holiday time unlike the majority of other vendors. Paradise Gardens IV itself is very pleasant with a choice of two pools and shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Everyone we met including residents were very friendly and the weather was still lovely in November!

We stayed here for 3 weeks we are both 70 and thought this was a very well looked after appartment it has every thing that is advertised and more, we didnt hire car we didnt use a taxi only Rob for are airport service. We walked to the harbour lots of restraunts and bars. we would recommend this appartment it is very quiet and peaseful very little noise.

We were there for 6wks from 2 nov to 14 dec 2013 and we had a lovely time. The apt is all it says and a lovely balcony with sun most of the day. The farm shop at the en of the road excellent and Tracey Rob were some of the most helpful people we have come across. Pambis diner a great place also for help and a good meal.

Our third stay

This was our third stay in this wonderful apartment. It is very comfortable and spacious. The 6 year old we had with us thoroughly enjoyed the pool as did the adults! It was home from home living. Would thoroughly recommend the apartment for any family wanting to stay in Paphos as there is plenty to do for all ages in the area. The wi-fi was handy too! Mags and Terry Wells.
