Ceci est un établi, détaché, villa de 2 chambres. Situé sur le front de mer dans une position enviable, il a une vue imprenable sur la mer et le site protégé de l'UNESCO du patrimoine de l'ancienne Paphos. La propriété est pavée tout autour avec terrasse à l'avant et barbecue avec pergola à l'arriÚre. Il y a 2 chambres (1 double avec véranda et un jumeau) et une salle de douche avec W / C. Toutes les chambres ont la climatisation pour vous garder au frais dans la chaleur de l'été! Aircon est inclus dans le prix de vos vacances tout comme les transferts de et vers l'aéroport de Paphos.
WiFi est disponible gratuitement et les programmes de télévision en anglais et rattraper aussi disponible en standard.

Nice spacious 2 bedroom villa in a quiet area.Good location right near the coastal path it takes about 20 minute to walk to the harbour.Plenty of bars and restaurants close by as well as shops.Clean throughout with good spacious lounge,the shower is good and also the wi-fi.Good outside areas for relaxing front and rear.Tony the host is great,any questions or problem at all it’s sorted straight away.Fully recommended for a nice stay in Paphos.

The Villa was perfect for for us the room were clean with loots of towel for us to use Jaquie was there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know there was conditioning and fans in all the rooms there where lots of shops and restaurant nearby the taxi to and from the the airport was excellent and Alan was the perfect host

We enjoyed our stay, it was a quiet area and lovely to have a living room with sofas and a kitchen to relax and make our own food in, we preferred this to a hotel. We appreciated the food and drink welcome pack, including things like bread, milk, juice, wine & water. The airport transfer was a definite bonus, the driver was very friendly. Thanks to Jacquie the property manager for being easily reachable by text. We had ants coming into the main bedroom so we didn’t open the patio doors. Jacquie came round twice to deal with them. The main bedroom’s mattress I didn’t find that comfortable, so I slept in a single bed in the second bedroom. The apartment was very close to a nice seafront walk and very near to a road of of shops and a pharmacy. It’s also not a long walk to the shopping centre where there’s plenty of cafes and a big supermarket. Thanks to Tony for being so prompt beforehand with replies to any queries. We’d stay again.

Location good but a lot of daytime trafic. Very friendly host - we got a fast replacement for a broken hairdryer. Nice patio, outdoor equipment available. Overall we enjoyed staying here and recommend the villa.

A Really Lovely Villa

We had an amazing two-week stay at Tony’s lovely villa. The villa was clean, cool, spacious, well equipped and in an excellent location for the beach, bars, restaurants, broadwalk etc. The welcome pack was very much appreciated as we arrived in the evening. Great bakery just a short walk for amazing bread and baklava! Although a car’s not needed, we hired a Kia from Simila car hire, (highly recommended and again just a short walk) so we could explore the island. Omodos was a highlight and perfectly accessible in our tiny car. Aphrodite’s Rock worth visiting too. Tony is an incredibly organised, thoughtful host who knows exactly what guests need for a great stay.

A wonderful home from home that is perfectly located in a quiet spot a stones throw from the beach.

The harbour is a fifteen minutes walk and all the other local attractions are less than fifteen minutes walk. We will certainly be back.

Perfect location

We stayed for three weeks and the house is well set up for long stays. Very well equipped kitchen with washing machine, patio and balcony furniture, paperback library, puzzles and UK TV channels. Very generous welcome pack on arrival. Perfect location within easy walking distance of Kings Mall, beach and harbour. Airport transfers an added bonus.

Lovely property and helpful owner

We had a great stay at the property - it had everything we needed and a great location. Tony was super helpful responding quickly to our pre holiday queries and sorting out airport taxis as required. Garden was great for the kids to have a bit of a run around / picnic lunch and the balcony was great for a sit in the sun! If you’ve got small kids I’d def recommend getting a bus pass as the 615 made the trip into town (and elsewhere) nice and easy without tiring out little legs. Many thanks for the stay!

Lovely villa

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday at this villa, it is a lovely place, a genuine home from home. It is spotlessly clean with a lovely private outdoor area. Walking distance to the beach and all the facilities are on your doorstep. Jacquie was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.(thank you for the welcome pack!) Wonderful Paphos house.

In all my vacation rentals over the last few years, this is my favourite. Right from the start of everything, the communication was fantastic and the place was exactly as promised. We received a lovely welcome gift and everything was explained - how to work things, etc. The house is very comfortable and has everything you would need. The location is great and the bonus is having a shower while looking out at the goats, the sea and the lighthouse. Big thanks to Tony!

Lovely house with uninterrupted sea views

Communication with Tony up to and during the holiday was excellent. He even sorted out an extra movie app for the TV. The house itself was compact, but had what we needed for our holiday. We did find the bed a bit uncomfortable, but that could be just what we are used to at home. Use of improvised mattress topper sorted it. The nearby coastal walks were gorgeous and despite the mixed weather (December), we got out almost every day for a walk. We did find a lot of the nearby bars/restaurants were closed, which was disappointing, but Jacquie informed us about WOLT and through that app we got takeaways and groceries delivered within an hour. We made good use of it. Taxi service to and from the airport was well appreciated, as was the welcome pack of essentials. As it was our belated honeymoon, Tony and Sue even gave us flowers and fizz. Overall a relaxing break in a lovely house.

Everything in the villas description was spot on. We drove ourselves from the airport with easy to follow instructions from Tony (although we had the option of being collected by Janet & David). They were at the villa when we arrived to show us around & recomend places to eat & drink as well as places to visit. The villa is located within a couple of minutes walk for most of your needs. We only stayed the week but 2 - 3 weeks would have been ideal. Had a fabulous time. Reluctant to return home. Many thanks to Tony for allowing us the use of his lovely villa, & a particular thanks to Janet & David for their help & information. Will definitely book again.

Amazing villa

We stayed for 3 weeks, it was very hot for September but the accommodation had full air con and ceiling fans, which were great. We arrived early hours of the morning due to delayed flight. Jackie was waiting for us with a smile. Showed us around explained how everything worked. Lovely welcome hamper with beers, wine, milk, juice, bread etc. in fact everything we could possibly need for few days. I really cannot fault the villa, exceptionally clean, beds comfy and in a very good area. We rented a car but it isn’t really necessary as bus stop few mins away and lots of nice places to eat and drink. Cocos restaurant was very good also Thomas’s jungle bar. Both very good value for money. Communication with manager and owner was brilliant, in fact it’s the best we have had. All in all would definitely recommend as it was brilliant.

I was thinking not to share this review so the villa doesnt get booked up and I can keep it all too myself. Selfish I know. Absolutely wonderful ticked all our holiday wish box and more. Sea view ? Your actually a few strides from a safe clean beach and crystal blue waters with Lifeguard, sunbeds parasols!!✔ Walk to the left or right on the beach path within a few steps, beach snack bars and drinks.✔ With an evening sunset that will amaze you as it touches on the sea ✔ Walk a 15- 20 min coastal path walk or a quicker ( early am run 🙄) cycle , and your at Paphos Harbour shops bars restaurants✔. The villa is Central not only to Paphos Harbour but all surrounding areas Coral Bay , Old Paphos etc ✔ With trips to booking offices just on the main road, a few steps away. Visit Nicosia, Polis Latchi, boat trips and much more. The overly efficient bus service takes you all over Paphos. if your thinking catching a bus sounds daunting, it truly isn't. More like a hop on and off service, brilliant, every 15 mins, till 1am (Takes 5 mins to Paphos approx 12 mins to Coral bay ), Definitely no need for a car if you choose not too.✔ On this road also is a plethora of bars, restaurants. snack bars, shops and mini markets, bakery, pharmacy yet, the villa was so so quiet and peaceful you wouldnt know they were there. That all said how easy it is to get around and what a perfect positioned villa. you could just sit around the sun trap villa , chill relax and lounge on the many open spaces around the villa, or sit on your own balcony with morning cuppa or evening wine with a view that is fit for a brochure ✔ The goats across the road will keep any child entertained Exceptionally clean✔ Spacious✔All home amenities literally and more ✔ Don't under estimate the free WiFi and Cable TV, Air Conditioning its priceless and is yet another đŸ‘€âœ”ïž Not forgetting airport transfers, meet and greet , and sadly goodbye with lovely caring people I know how important to get your family holiday right, well here will guarantee not only right but perfect. Tolle Unterkunft in Paphos

Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer verlief absolut problemlos, Fragen wurden kurzfristig und ausfĂŒhrlich beantwortet. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe/-rĂŒckgabe war wunderbar organisiert. Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Lage zum nahgelegenen Stand fantastisch. Wir haben die Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Quiet and comfortable villa in good location

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in. It is light and airy, well appointed and very comfortable. There are nearby shops and restaurants and the old town and harbour are not far away. You don't need a car as the included airport pickup / drop-off taxi service was great and the frequent coastal bus service stops nearby. However there are good value local car rental shops, Savvas recommended, and we hired for three days to explore the island. Tony gave us all the information we needed well in advance. Martin on hand to greet us and see us off was very friendly ands another nice touch. Altogether excellent. A&R.

Great villa in excellent location

Having visited many areas of Cyprus this is by far my favourite The villa is in a brilliant location , seconds from the beach with two great beach bars and with a beautiful walk around the headland to the harbour. The charming old town is a short taxi ride, bus trip or a pleasant longer walk with magnificent views at the top The diversity and quality of the cuisine in Paphos is impressive with several great restaurants close by The villa is very comfortable and well appointed with spectacular sunset views from the balcony , you can even see the sea from the shower If I could live here I would , we have already booked for next year Tony and Sue the hosts are fantastic, very easy and efficient to book with and nothing is too much trouble I would highly recommend a stay

A lovely villa

This is a lovely villa- really comfortable and easy to live in - the owner has tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. Linda and Martin explained everything clearly on arrival and they were very helpful ! It was spotlessly clean and everything was in working order. The a/c was especially welcome as the temperature was over 30 degrees. The villa is only a minute's walk from the main road, with all the shops and tavernas, but is down a side road towards the sea, so that it doesn't suffer from the noise of the main road. The seashore is rocky and it is difficult to walk into the sea (although there is a small sandy part with umbrellas), so it was great to sit in the pretty garden under the umbrella and have a read!
