Ideally located in the countryside (on the road to Alata) in a subdivision away from the hustle and bustle of the city just 1 km from amenities, 2 km from the city center

You can enjoy the barbecue and relax on one of the 2 terraces in a green setting.
Booking with arrival in the week possible from October to the end of june. During the other months of the year rental from Saturday to Saturday

Accueil très chaleureux et très gentil, endroit au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La terrasse extérieure est un réel atout et la climatisation aussi. Nécessite la voiture car l'appartement est en hauteur par contre la boulangerie de l'aqueduc est trop bonne donc pain frais tous les matins! Merci pour ce bon séjour.

Super séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé ! On se croyait comme à la maison ! A deux pas d’Ajaccio, proche des commerces mais en secteur calme. Tout est fait pour poser ses valises et passer un très bon séjour ! Le fait d’avoir le linge de maison à disposition, la climatisation, une place de parking privée, une cuisine équipée, un logement très propre, lumineux une literie confortable… bref c’était parfait ! Nous avons eu un super accueil de Karine et son mari. Nous recommandons cette location pour vos vacances MERCI !!!

Rien à redire : c’était parfait !

Karine et Sébastien sont des propriétaires comme on souhaiterait en rencontrer à chaque fois : accueil chaleureux ; location TOTALEMENT conforme à l’annonce : rien ne manque et tout est extrêmement propre. Puis ils nous ont donné des informations précises et précieuses pour les excursions à faire (sites, plages, villes...) et ont ensuite fait preuve de discrétion tout au long du séjour, tout en étant toujours disponibles si besoin. Bref nous avons passé de très très bonnes vacances. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil de qualité.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La location était parfaite. Rien ne manquait. Karine nous avait préparé un "catalogue" avec des suggestions de visites et de choses à faire. La Corse est magnifique et nous y reviendrons certainement pour visiter le nord. La location est située en dehors d'Ajaccio tout en étant très proche du centre et de tous les commerces. Merci à Karine pour les canistrellis maison. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse si nous devons revenir une fois dans cette région de la Corse. Tout était parfait....sauf le temps qui passe trop vite...

Notre famille de 4 personnes a séjourné du 24/06/2017 au 01/07/2017 chez Karine et Sébastien HINDERMEYER. La location est parfaitement conforme aux belles photos sur le site, la décoration est soignée tout est propre et à sa place. On se sent très rapidement à l'aise avec les propriétaires Karine et Sébastien qui se mettent en 4 pour vous faciliter le séjour et vous donner de bons conseils pour des idées de visites. Nous les avons suivi et avons été enchanté. Ce contact a été très chaleureux et nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse et leur discrétion. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Situé près du centre ville (5 min en voiture) sans les inconvénients des problèmes de circulation, un hypermarché à proximité permet de faire ses courses et proche des grands axes pour les visites . Les deux terrasses de l'appartement permettent de prendre petit déj et repas en extérieur, un barbecue est également à disposition. Bref rien n'a manqué pour passer une super semaine. Merci à la famille HINDERMEYER et au plaisir de se revoir lors d'un futur séjour.
