Charming four-bedroomed, airconditioned apartment, with shared pool at the foot of the beautiful mediaeval village of Grimaud. Situated in a gated complex, the Residence Antoinette, with garage (2,3m wide) for a small car.
This light and spacious apartment is 150m2 and has both east and west facing terraces.
There are four double bedrooms, two of which lead onto the east facing terrace, a large lounge/dining room with a west facing terrace for candlelit dining. There are 3 loos, a bath and two showers.. The modern, fully equipped kitchen also opens out onto the east facing terrace. There is also a washing machine + a dryer.
The apartment is on the top floor, accessed by lift and affords stunning views of the castle and surrounding countryside.
