Absolutely stunning accommodation, set in a beautiful location. Within easy walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and bus services. Accommodation was very clean, exceeded expectations in all areas. We will definitely be booking to stay here again. Booking through Belvilla was seamless and customer service flawless. I had a couple of questions they answered the phone straight away and managed beautifully.

Great location. The pool was quite small, not as described. The beds were very comfortable including memory foam toppers. A number of resteraunts and shops were local to the villa, approx 15 minutes walk. There is a Lidl and Aldi approx 15 minutes walk too.

Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind sehr gemĂŒtlich und schön. Schade war allerdings, dass es keinen Kaffee gab, obwohl eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war. Und von den drei Badezimmern gab es nur in einem Toilettenpapier und Handseife. Außerdem war es etwas laut von der stark befahrenen Straße, die etwa 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt verlĂ€uft. Deshalb musste ich vom Hauptschlafzimmer in das Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hauses wechseln. Abgesehen davon haben wir den Aufenthalt und die sonnigen Tage sehr genossen. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch der freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war, falls wir etwas brauchten.

Ich habe diese Wohnung ĂŒber HomeToGo gebucht. In der Beschreibung waren keine zusĂ€tzlichen Reinigungs- und ServicegebĂŒhren erwĂ€hnt. Einige Wochen spĂ€ter erhielt ich eine E-Mail von Belvilla, in der stand, dass ich noch 300 € schulde. Angeblich handele es sich um eine Kaution. Wie sich herausstellte, bekomme ich diesen Betrag aber nicht zurĂŒck, da er fĂŒr Reinigungs- und ServicegebĂŒhren gedacht war. Das ist ein klassisches Beispiel fĂŒr versteckte GebĂŒhren. Davon war wĂ€hrend des Buchungsvorgangs nichts zu sehen. Ich fĂŒhle mich von Belvilla betrogen. Nie wieder!
