Cottage can accommodate 12 people for convivial holidays

The house is as follows:
Ground floor: The cellar is available to house your motorbikes. There is also the freezer.
1st floor :
A veranda can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and a little outside even when the weather is not great.
On entering the house, you enter a large living room. On the right, the kitchen area and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals: oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, raclette, .... The large table allows to meet in a friendly atmosphere to share a meal or make a society game. A slightly smaller table can be added for larger groups.
The left side on the way is the lounge area with sofas and armchairs. Here you can relax in front of a TV program, connect through wifi or immerse yourself in reading a book. The seating area can be turned into sleeping part (for 2) the time comes.
A sanitary part with 2 bathrooms with separate shower and 2 toilets. It is also in this section that are the washing machine and dryer.
Overlooking a terrace behind the house accessible for disabled people with a slope: a room with a bed for 2 people (140x190) and a baby crib.
2nd floor:
1 large room for 3 people with 3 beds 90x200 and a baby crib.
1 small single room with a bed 90x200.
1 double bedroom with 2 beds 90x200.
1 double room with a 140x190 bed.
Outside :
A large covered pergola will allow you to enjoy the view overlooking the Lot Valley. You will be able to grill on the plancha and feast at the tables.
The ping-pong table awaits you for fierce parties.
For small children: a sandbox and a play on spring.
