Walking distance to local attractions, 5 mins walk to Tottenham hotspur stadium and the Dare Skywalk, 20 mins to seven sisters station, 10mins to Bruce Grove station providing easy access to central London's attractions . You'll find a bustling plethora of dining options, including restaurants, cafes, and pubs, all within a few minute stroll.
This is a very stylish, bright and spacious end terrace house, which has been refurbished to high standards, it's family friendly but can also serve as a work base for contractors and cooperate clients seeking a relocation space.
There are 3 double bed rooms upstairs with extra bed linen, lots of light and spacious.
On the ground floor:
you will find a fully functional kitchen with with a built in microwave and functional ovens. The large, bright kitchen has a high apex ceiling, sky lights and bifold doors that open onto the enclosed garden complete with a picnic table and chair for relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner cooker, fridge/freezer and dish washer.
There is also a dedicated dinning area which can also be used as a work space.
There is 2 luxurious bath rooms a washing machine, dryer an iron and ironing board for your comfort and convenience.
The Living room is also very specious, light and cozy, with one sofa bed.
Guests have full access to the whole house.
