Penthouse with private jacuzzi in the Levante beach area, Benidorm. It has capacity for 2 people, 1 bathroom with shower.

Cozy and modern accommodation, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator (Penthouse located on the 15th floor, the elevator goes to the 14th floor, you have to take the stairs one floor), internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, open community+children's pool. season and with garden areas, 1 Smart TV, iron, washing machine, 25 m² terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The two sun loungers were broken but I had seating are so I used that. Broken panels on rooftop floor, thankfully I noticed early on so avoided that area, there was no plug for the jacuzzi so I used the plug from the sink.

We had a fantastic week in this apartment and would book again!

Location was fantastic. Loved the private terrace. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for self catering. Air conditioning and fan were amazing as it was so hot. It was great to have a washing machine. The bathroom had an awful smell. Having to go to the office (about a 20 minute walk away) to pick up and hand in keys wasn’t ideal in the heat with luggage and cases (a lock box would have been ideal).

Lovely relaxing Appartment situated very close for everything beach 5 min walk . Loved it

Amazing very clean and ideal , recommend to couples everything we needed and lovely views Everything was great only one small problem we had was we had to leave spare key inside apartment when leaving but when we went early in morning at security gate was locked and spent 15 mins trying to get out , we just made our coach . But definitely not a fault on the property

Outdoor door area was lovely , peaceful and private, kitchen, shower rooms had everything 🙌 We would definitely book again When we arrived the key didn&#39t work for the gate and door entrance, It took ages to get in , Pillows where hard , and the room Smells of drains It&#39s was also a pain collecting keys and taking them back to booking office also. I had contact office for details several times , When it should be them sending sending messages information details

Location. Sun Terrace. Hot Tub. The view. Modern Kitchen and Bathroom. Privacy. The smell of the drains. No storage only one small wardrobe get rid of the settee and put cabinets there. No bedside cabinets or table lamps. No cabinet in the bathroom. Fridge door opens the wrong way. No gas in the barbecue. Fittings missing and broken on the hot tub. Pots of plastic plants all torn and battered on the terrace. Sun shade to the side of the terrace.

Een kamer met geweldig dakterras en uitzicht

Appartement lag voor ons op een perfecte plek, precies tussen oude centrum en Engelse buurt in. Kamer was klein maar het dakterras maakte alles goed! Je leeft toch buiten. Geweldig uitzicht en niet te vergeten de hele dag zon op t terras vanaf uur of 10 ‘s morgens. Er stond een loungebank, waren ligstoelen aanwezig, tafel met 2 stoelen en de jacuzzi niet te vergeten! Voor ons waren de kussens van t bed iets te stevig waardoor we rommelig sliepen maar dit is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Er kwam een enorme riool lucht uit de badkamer, konden niet ontdekken of t nou de wastafel of doucheputje was. Raam open gezet.. maar bleef wel aanwezig.
