Modernly renovated apartment in the small, well-maintained building *Casa Hispania* (1960s), second line from the beach, located in the quiet residential area of La Cala – Playa Poniente. Only 100 m from the beach and promenade. Levante (party area) is at a comfortable distance.

The apartment is situated on the 7th floor and features a spacious balcony (8 m wide) with southern exposure and an excellent sea view. Suitable for a maximum of 2 adults. Non-smoking property, no pets.

Facilities
Living room, bedroom with double bed (180 × 200), modern kitchen and shower room. Living area approx. 75 m².
Private parking space, fast fibre-optic internet (600 Mbps), IPTV, washing machine and dishwasher.
Central Daikin air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazed sliding doors, ceiling fans, awnings and insect screens.
Supermarkets, restaurants, bakery and pharmacy in immediate proximity. Bus stop directly outside with good connections, including to the La Marina / Carrefour shopping centre.

Location
Playa Poniente is considered one of the cleanest and quietest beaches on the Costa Blanca. Pleasant, mild climate throughout the year due to its sheltered location between sea and mountains. Approximately a 25-minute walk to the centre of Benidorm along the promenade.

This property is offered as a seasonal rental (arrendamiento de temporada) under Spanish tenancy law (LAU – uso distinto de vivienda).
Final cleaning and key handover: €95.

This apartment is well positioned with a short walk to the beach. The apartment has just had air conditioning added, is clean & well maintained.We have stayed here multiple times over the years because it is a great place to relax.

A great apartment, well maintained, providing excellent facilities with every thing you could need for a relaxing holiday.. Located in a quiet area very close to the Poniente beach, All shops, restaurants, supermarket within walking distant. Well maintained by the owner and his staff. We would stay there again.

Brilliant location

We really loved the location, couldn't have been better positioned. Apartment has been decorated to a high standard. Plenty of restaurants around which do really good food. Close to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay and do your own thing.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Alfred was very helpful and Mascha, who met us, was lovely. The apartment was really well-equipped and had the most wonderful view of Poniente Beach. There was everything we wanted for our 9-night stay and the shopping trolley was ideal for our trips to Mercadonna

Lovely Apartment

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in January for a month. We were very happy there, nice and clean, modern, big comfy bed, we loved having our morning coffee looking out towards Peacock Island. On our arrival, a lovely lady called Alice came to meet us with the keys. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Second stay at this apartment

This was our second stay at this apartment and it was as good as the first time. It is very modern and clean, we stayed for 5 weeks and we had everything we needed there. The Mercodonna supermarket is only a ten-minute walk away, and the beach is on your doorstep. We hope to stay in this apartment again next year. Thank you Alfred and also Alice who was there to greet us with the keys.

A dream in Benidorm

The housekeeper has taken us very nicely and is very nice and has shown us everything and informed about shopping. The apartment is a great gift for us !!!! A dream !!! It is beautifully decorated and every detail decorated with love and the sea view just heavenly. We will take good care of the apartment as if our own apartment would be even better. We thank you very much for the possibilities to spend our honeymoon here.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt. Sehr geschmackvoll, modern und funktionell eingerichtet, mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Das die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt war, versteht sich von selbst. Lovely stay

The property was very well kept. Lovely view. Had great utensils in kitchen, didn't have toaster though. Very spacious and was lovely to stay there. Had a hiccup with internet but Alfred the owner sorted it out immediately. When the weather was bad the apartment was a great comfort.

Peaceful place

We have stayed at this apartment before and have enjoyed it each time. The apartment is well aired and now with the addition of ceiling fans you are not reliant on using AC machine. Beds are comfortable, cooking equipment is sufficient for making easy meals (We tend to eat out and only make snacks / sandwiches for beach) There are plenty of places to eat with a few minutes walk from the apartment all serving different dishes.
