48 m² accommodation, tastefully and modernly furnished, with views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, 7 m² terrace, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally, garden, outdoor parking on site. building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 Smart TV, iron and hair dryer.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, street level Torre Principado building, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

- Smoking is only allowed on the terrace

A modern, clean, tidy & secure apartment in a location close to all amenities in the new town area of Benidorm, with everything you need close by, with a large terrace, ideal for sitting out & enjoying the sun. Nothing really, maybe an extra set of keys to use but all services described are included.

Just far enough from the strip not to be disturbed too much. We needed a repair in the flat this was sorted very quickly. We were surprised not to find washing up itemsa tea towel. We had to buy them

Amazing!!!! 10ቦ would stay again

Location is a great, just out the way of the nightlife but not too far to walk in. Plenty of shops, supermarket, food and pubs right beneath the apartment. Room was spacious, clean and everything we expected. Iron toaster, coffee machine, kettle cooker and washing machine all there to use also. Over all just great! (No hair dryer included but we didn’t mind) Can’t fault.

Great Appartment

Fantastic apartment in a great location, small but perfect for what we wanted. Near plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Great views from the balcony which catches the sun for the majority of the day. Will definitely be staying again Only thing I could think is that we did have to go out and buy bin bags and washing up items. But certainly no big issue just maybe something to mention to people staying in the future :)

Definitely if my next holidays will be in Benidorm, here I will look in the first place for staying!

Was really comfy and clean. Well organized and full of facilities. Great view . We really enjoyed the staying and happy experience. The only negative thing was that internet was not working, staff reacted in the first day saying that they will fix it, but lately no actions and no more reactions. Was not a drama, but if you say that you will fix it I expect to be fixed.

Everything it looked like newly renovated to a high standard. The wraparound balcony got the sun nearly all day The.2 single beds tight together so could not stand had to get in and out crawling up and down. This was the only downside to a fabulous apartment.

The Covid-19 problems caused everybody problems and we had to cancel three times our booking but it felt good the way we discussed it together and solved problems. Maybe be more consequent in the platform (Benidorm-booking site / Whatsapp or E-mail ) what you should use to contact each other.

La terraza muy agradable también Normalmente en los apartamentos dejan un poco de sal o de aceite y aquí no había nada, hay lavavajillas pero no hay pastillas para usarlo, te dejan una sola pastillita de jabón para lavar los platos pero bueno. Nos encontramos una cucaracha enorme pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento claro, porque estaba muy limpio

super mooi app met veel kwaliteiten

Het is een zeer mooi app waar alle comfort aanwezig is. Ook het uitzicht is geweldig. Alles netjes en verzorgt. Wie met zo'n app niet tevreden is met zeer weinig content. Ik zou het app graag direct terug huren voor dezelfde periode maar spijtig genoeg staat het in meer op de site echt jammer. Voor ons viel er echt niks tegen.

Todo muy nuevo. Las vistas desde la terraza muy chulas. Lo de la piscina y el parking es un plus. Y la playa super cerquita! No es centro pero en un paseico te plantas ahi. La habitacion un poco pequeña, pero bueno, para dormir suficiente. Había dias (no todos ni constante) que olia a desague

El apartamento está genial con unas vistas impresionantes y Como está en el planta 10 corre el aire el plus es el aire acondicionado que con el calor que hace se agradece . las instalaciones están geniales con una piscina grande con poca gente y con horario hasta las 11 de la noche . A 10 minutos de la playa ...un armario amplio para meter tus cosas y con unas camas que eran comodas ...repetiría sin duda Lo único que podría decir de que no me gustó es el sofá cama en este caso era para niños pero si son adultos no se si podría dormir porque está bastante usado y se nota todo
