Guests book and pay online in advance and you contact the host in advance about personal access. Of course we are available 24/7 for emergencies and of course we make time to answer all your questions. All questions are welcome.

The apartment is located in the heart of Tilburg, on the famous Heuvelstraat, a lively street known for its vibrant cafes, pubs, and nightlife. Please note that there may be significant noise from the city center, especially during nighttime, due to the nearby bars and nightclubs. If needed, feel free to reach out to our local team for assistance.

The apartment is located opposite 013 and 100 meters from the Heuvel.
In 2023 the apartment has been redecorated and equipped with new furniture. Including a double bed, sofa bed (155x200) and two sofa beds (74x220).

The space
You enter through the central entrance on the first floor (digital).
On the second floor is a large roof terrace with the front door (digital).
Inside, you enter a hall with a toilet. To the right is the bedroom with a sink.
A little further on the bathroom with shower.
At the end of the hallway is a living room with an open kitchen.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
You get a digital key for the central door and the door of your apartment.

- If you want the beds to split up, please tell us so housekeeping can give you extra sheets so you can split up the bed
- Unregistered guests/visitors are not allowed, this will be checked by the security team
- Tourist tax will be charged separately and must be paid before check-in.
- And for a long stay, a mandatory weekly cleaning might be done
