Villetta Carmen is a lovely vacation home to spend relaxing stays on the coast of Porto Cesareo, less than 500 meters from the beaches of the resort of Torre Castiglione.
The vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with air conditioning, brick barbecue , TV, electric oven, hair dryer.
The cottage is fully fenced.

The villetta is autonomous and independent. A sliding gate allows you to enter the spacious courtyard.
The exterior is partly shaded, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and equipped with a brick barbecue for preparing tasty outdoor grills.
Villetta Carmen has simple and cozy interiors. The entrance is into a large living room furnished with 2 double sofa beds, table and chairs, TV and air conditioning.
Next to the living room is the eat-in kitchen, complemented by a light well. The sleeping area is 1 double bedroom. Completes the house 1 shower room.

Villetta Carmen stands on a road that leads straight to the sea, in the area of Torre Castiglione, one of the residential resorts that are located along the coast of Porto Cesareo, north of Torre Lapillo and very close to Punta Prosciutto.
The nearest small beach is only a 450-meter walk away. Torre Lapillo is the nearest town that offers all services, distant to the cottage about 1 km.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Breakfast not included. Price is euro 20 per day per person.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
