We are ecstatic to start renting our newly built, decorator-inspired property, which offers two luxurious units—A and B—each filled with all the modern comforts you could want, along with thoughtful extras to elevate your stay. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, unwinding in the jacuzzi, or heading out to explore the vibrant local scene, this beachside retreat has it all for a memorable getaway.

High-quality mattresses, large-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and premium Paul Mitchell products in the bathrooms ensure you feel pampered throughout your stay. 🚗 Convenient & Accessible: Parking is a breeze with free spaces available under the units and in the driveway. Ocean Pearl is also incredibly convenient for elder couples or anyone with mobility needs, thanks to the elevator that makes accessing each level effortless. (Elevator currently Out of order)

🍽️ Prime Location: Positioned perfectly within walking distance of amazing restaurants, family-friendly activities, and vibrant nightlife, you’re never far from the action! Discover local favorites like the French Bakery, T.J.'s, Guppy's, and Anecdote Brewery—all just a short stroll away.

📅 Booking Details: Our rentals are available on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday, with potential exceptions during the off-season. The base rate covers up to 4 guests, with a small additional charge of $20 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to a maximum of 9 guests. This allows us to offer great value for smaller groups!

Indian Rocks Beach is a very nice place, and has excellent beaches! The small beach town has a nice mixture of restaurants, beaches, parks, and other amenities for both tourists and residents.
The beaches are clean, with beautiful white sand, and easy, available parking. Indian Rocks Beach feels like a warm and friendly local beach, as opposed to a tourist-centric beach like some others in the region.

There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance including:

~Kooky Coconut ice cream (try the Cuban)
~Guppy's on the Beach (Personal favorite)
