Located on the top floor of a historic Florentine building on Via della Vigna Nuova, a short distance from Palazzo Strozzi and the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, this luxury apartment offers a unique combination of historic elegance and modern comforts. With a generous surface area of ​​180 square meters distributed over two levels, this residence is perfect for those looking for a spacious and refined stay in the heart of Florence.

Inside, the spaces are large and well distributed, offering a welcoming and functional environment. The apartment includes a large living room ideal for relaxing and socializing, a fully equipped kitchen to satisfy every culinary need, four spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and a practical laundry room.

The outdoor spaces include a balcony and a wonderful roof terrace, from which you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors.

With a maximum capacity of eight people, the apartment has three comfortable double beds and a sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for large families or groups of friends. Equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, oven and everything needed for cooking, the apartment is designed to offer maximum comfort and practicality.

The location is excellent! Lots of space and sitting areas including a narrow two-seat sitting area and a somewhat larger rooftop area that seats about 4-5. Things to note that may not be in the location details:There are no bathroom or kitchen hand towels/washcloths/paper towels. Toilet paper is supplied. Specify how many bedrooms you will use. There were six of us intending to use all four bedrooms. The mgmt wanted to charge an additional 15 at check in when I asked for sheets for the fourth bedroom. It was assumed six if us would use three rooms so that is all they prepared. The apartment is a penthouse in the top floor (5F). To get to this apartment you must walk 100 steps (including landings). If you are not in shape please do not stay here! Stairs are dark- overhead lights are not automatically illuminated; you must turn them on as you are going up or down. Stairwell is also quite stuffy. Not a big deal but challenging if you have heavy luggage or shopping bags. We liked it here!!!

The apartment is in a great location! The 5 flights we're tough, especially during the heatwave. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, unfortunately.I was disappointed in the per day tax per person that was required in cash. Why wasn't this included in the listing. Is it a legit tax or fraud? Otherwise, clean and secure. We Firenze!

Strange layout, seriously lacking expected amenities

The description stated three bathrooms, only one was a full bathroom w/shower. One was a half bath (in the shared space). The third which was off a bedroom only had a bathtub and shower, no toilet.The kitchen, which was described as, “fully equipped kitchen to satisfy every culinary need”, was seriously lacking. There were no kitchen towels, only two garbage bags (must separate garbage from recycling), one dishwasher pod, the mocha pot was for one serving and unusable, basic food preparation items were missing (no cutting board, salt/pepper, cooking utensils included a couple of wooden spoons and a ladle, lacking expected basics). For such a beautiful kitchen, we were really disappointed.We were unable to take the garbage out as we couldn’t find the outdoor garbage or recycling bins.It is a spacious apartment located in the heart of the prime shopping area and close walk to popular spots.

Stay away... Great location but not worth it

Apartment is on a fifth floor and listing fails to disclose. If you have more than a backpack get ready for some serious exercise. Apartment was dirty and not cleaned regularly. Dust and humid smell everywhere. Two from our group got sick. Just stay away. backpack get ready for some detulioud
