The apartment was immaculately clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Beautiful view of Ponte Vecchio and a little terrace to sit on at night to listen to the music and watch everyone walk by. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing space with a spectacular view! Close proximity to the Uffizi, the Ponte Vecchio, and more.I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone visiting Florence, and I hope to be back for another stay soon.

The location for this property is absolutely perfect. You could not be any closer to Ponte Vecchio or Uffizi. The apartment is very recently renovated and is spacious. We had 7 people staying and we could spread out or meet in common areas like the dining room without any issue. A morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the river was a highlight. The property management was responsive and easy to deal with. The location can't be beat if you are looking to be in the heart of Florence. And, for what it's worth, the showers were also great!

Our stay at the Oro1 Florence Luxury Apartment was wonderful. The management company was so easy to work with. Their communication was timely and they answered every question we had. The apartment is beautiful and had two balconies that overlooked the river, and it is conveniently located. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We would absolutely rent here again.

This apartment might be the best pace we have ever stayed! Exceptional location, extremely well-appointed interior, amazing views of the Arno River and Ponte Vechio bridge from the balconies and fantastic bed and bedding. Each bedroom with its own bathroom is almost impossible to find! Could not have been more pleased with our choice of this place.

Location was great, overlooking the Ponte Vecchion. Apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Rooms were great with separate bathrooms for each room. Washer/Dryer was very helpful (although you have to allow for many hours to wash and dry). Elevator was necessary for luggage - it was small but adequate. Only issues we had were:This was only a minor inconvenience- We were provided with 2 sets of keys. One for each door. Would have been be better to have had 2 additional sets of keys - one for each room so that we could return to the apartment at separate times. Air conditioning for separate apartment with balcony was inadequate when 28 deg C or higher outdoor temp. Was very hot 27 C (80F) minimum and couldn’t sleep at night due to sweating all night. Other rooms got down to 24 C (75 F) on hot days and 22 C when cooler outside. Fan in main living area was definitely helpful as that space was south facing and had large windows. Other than the air conditioning a great apartment!I would recommend and would stay there again.

Best location in Florence

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. The apartment is clean and beautiful and the location could not be better. We were able to come and go all day long while we shopped and enjoyed the wonderful food and wine.

Treat yourself to this one of a kind apartment!

I can’t say enough about the classic beauty of this updated rental that overlooks the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio! My family enjoyed the luxury of the apartment and the perfect location! Check in and out was easy, and the manager responded immediately when needed. An unforgettable stay!

So great, i rented twice!

Never a bad location when you can walk out on your patio and look at ponte de vecchio. Great restaurants nearby, great gelato nearby and great owner. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Our multi-generational family of 8 fit perfectly in this 4 bedroom, 4 ensuite bathroom apartment (it's so nice for everyone to have their own bathroom). There are two mini-balconies off the living/dining area and one min-balcony off one bedroom. The views of the river at sunset were glorious. Location, location, location! We also enjoyed being able to do a couple loads of laundry in the washer/dryer mid-trip. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was amazing and the AC was great. The view was perfect of the famous bridge. The only complaint was the gas alarm went off and the after hours number was unresponsive. Then someone came into the apartment in the middle of the night with no announcement to look at the gas line.
