Welcome to our spacious and comfortable newly renovated studio with spectacular views.It’s a short 20-minute metro ride away from Helsinki city center! A private parking spot is in front of the building.
The newly renovated studio has a king size bed and a spreadable sofa bed.The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a oven, a microwave, a kattle, a coffee machine, a fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom has shower gel/shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment.
The studio is located in a peaceful residential area. It’s ten minute walk away from the Kontula metro station as well as Kontula shopping mall, it has stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies. The studio is on the top floor of the building which offers spectacular views of the city.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
It's a very peaceful and beautiful living area, behind the building, there are benches, a big table and a kid's playground, which are right next to a little hill, close to nature. Shopping mall and metro are within 800m, a bus stop is 200m away. 400 meters way is there is a primary school. A basketball, a football and a tennis playgroud is just 500m away from the apaartment.

The studio is new renovated, clean and comfortable. It's on the top floor, offer great view, the city center high-rises can even been seen from inside the apartment.
