Basically, apartment has everything that individual, couple or family need,like air conditioner, dish washer, washer, dryer, bath tub, shower cabine, TV, Internet, Wi-Fi etc. It is 350 m (5 min. walking) far from the beach, 7 minutes walking from Dolphinarium and ZOO, 7 min. walking from aqua park, 4 min. walking from McDonalds restaurant. City center and bus station is 5 min. driving, Airport 10 and railway station 15 min. driving. Police station is 100 m and Main Hospital 200 m far from the apartment. Retail and convenience stores are everywhere nearby. Host will also be handy and available as much as possible in case guest(s) need help. Host speaks English, Russian
