The living room has underfloor heating and is furnished with a seating area and a television. The bungalow has an open kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen appliances include a fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, combination microwave and a dishwasher.

In the semi-basement there are three bedrooms, each with two single box spring beds. One bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower and a washbasin. Furthermore, there is also a bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower, double washbasin and an infrared sauna. There is also a separate toilet.
