Luxury Villa with Private Swimming Pool & BBQ, 5 Min. From Prasonisi Beach!


Located only 270 metres from the traditional village of Kattavia and 5 minutes drive from Prasonisi beach, our villa Romeo has two queen bedrooms and one triple and its decorated with natural stone and wood, which offer a warm atmosphere for relaxing. It can accommodate up to 7 people (max. 6 adults). All the bedrooms have top quality mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it also has dish washer. The villa has two bathrooms with shower: The first is decorated with traditional and modern tiles and with a view to the pool, the second has natural pebbles in the shower, giving you the sense that youre a part of the surrounding nature.
The villa has a lovely swimming pool with light blue mosaic, overflow with white marbles and marble stairs as well. Next to the pool theres a barbecue with charcoals, and shower.
Villa Romeo is the front villa of Prasonisi Villas Complex, and its ideal if youre looking for sun, peace and relaxation, and you want at the same time to be very close to the beach and to the village (where you can find grocery store and restaurant).

Paradise in the middle of nowhere

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the villas and the facilities were superb, very modern, very well appointed, very quiet and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the pool and BBQ. The isolated location of the villas was for us perfect but there is some driving to do to get to other major destinations on the island. Good location to visit the southwest coast of the island which is very spectacular. Long drive into Rhodes town but go early and you will beat the crowds. Enjoyed a cruise to Symi but found Lindos overcrowded and overhyped. Local restaurants in Kattavia were OK but were good value for money. Our hosts stamatis and chrysa were very pleasant and helpful, making many good recommendations including where to buy fresh fish. Overall a great property and being in the middle of nowhere was perfect for us.

Lusso & Relax

Splendida villa, curata in ogni dettaglio, superattrezzata e molto moderna. Non manca assolutamente nulla ! La piscina è perfetta per i bagni prima e dopo la spiaggia. Stamatis e Chrysa sono simpaticissimi e molto ospitali, sempre pronti ad fornire ogni tipo di aiuto o informazione per rendere piacevole il soggiorno! La zona è un pò ventosa, ma essere vicini alla famosa spiaggia di Prasonisi (dove il kite surf e il wind surf sono di casa) è impagabile. Manca solo la vista del mare, ma 5 km sono veramente pochi. Splendidi anche i ristorantini di Kattavia, raggiungibili con una brevissima passeggiata da casa... Consigliatissima !!

ENGLISH : It was at Rhodes and specifically in the sparkling Romeo villa we find everything we needed for our honeymoon. We had difficult to believe in the reality of pictures because they showed the whole ideal of a luxurious villa and often the owners are quick to give effect more attractive than it is, but we assure you that when put there feet, everything is just better. From beginning to end we were pampered by the awesome owners Stamatis and Chrysa, we lacked nothing except that Rhodes would be better be motorized because without cars, there are limited activities . It was a memorable trip and quality at all levels, the villagers of Kattavia are friendly and super nice, the food is good, and the places to visit tells the beauty of this island. In short, we experienced a wonderful adventure and experience the friendliness and exceptional availability and Chrysa Stamatis. A big thank you to you, this trip will remain the best we have done. BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, CHARMING IN EVERY WAY!!!!

We met Mr. and Mrs. Papantoniou in Rhodes Town to get the house keys. Their genuine enthusiasm at having us be their guests was so refreshing. We arrived at our "Romeo Villa" at night and it was just as beautiful as the photos depicted. Brand new, spotless and very tastefully decorated. All three bedrooms had 5 star hotel quality fresh linens, down comforters and the best mattresses ever. The bathrooms were very modern with soft luxurious bathroom towels and the same quality pool towels. Not only did our gracious hosts share a ton of information and suggestions on what to see and do while on the island; they also provided us with a lovely gift basket full of Greek goodies! OPA!!! Their thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated!!!. The villa was quiet and relaxing with all the amenities from home. The patio and pool area contained an outdoor table and very comfortable lounge beds. While we all loved the pool, but the kids no doubt, enjoyed it the most. It was exciting to see the kite and wind surfers at nearby Prasonisi Beach. We found a section of the beach that was calm and peaceful allowing us to simply lounge on the beach, snorkel, swim and build sand castles. The village of Kattavia was a five minute walk across the street and we happened to be there during the village festival which was an added bonus. We dined in three of the four restaurants and they were all great and reasonably priced. We were in Rhodes a week and still didn't get to see all we wanted to see. Along the west coast we explored several deserted beaches giving us the impression that the island was all ours. Hiking the walls of Rhodes and the castle of Monolithos was amazing. We visited a couple of monasteries. We took a day trip to the lovely town of Lindos and the Valley of the Butterflies, shopping in villages along the way. The people of Rhodes were quite welcoming. It was so nice getting back to our villa and jumping into the refreshing pool after touring the island in hot July . The villa felt like our personal vacation home. Stamatis and Chrysa were like our long lost Greek relatives. We are proud to say we were the 3rd guests and the 1st Americans to stay at the villa. All seven of us wholeheartedly recommend Villa Romeo and the awesome island of Rhodes. Thank you Stamatis and Chrysa for an awesome holiday! Lucy, Lane, Lara & Luc & Tonya, Erik and Bryn

Amazing house, great host... highly recommended!

The house looks exactly like the lisiting - modern, clean and comfortable. We were in Rhodes for a kitesurfing trip and spent a lot of our time on Prasonisi beach which was a 10 minute drive away so the location was perfect for us. In the evenings, there were several restaurants close by in the local town and, if you are willing to drive 10/15 minutes, there are plenty others in the neighbouring towns. Stamatis, the host, was very flexible with our late check-in and check-out and recommended some lovely places to eat (he even got us some baclava on the house!) as well as being freindly and generally helpful with any of our questions and requests. Would recommend the place to anyone and we look forward to hopefully coming again for our second stay. Thank you Stamatis!

Eine schöne Villa auf dem Land

Wir waren die erste, die die Villa Romeo besucht haben.Wir sind ganz fröh darauf. Die Villa ist ganz neu und wunderbar. Chrisa und Stamatis haben uns empfangen,das Haus gezeigt und haben uns einen tradionelen Korb mit griechischen Produkten gebieten. Das Haus ist vollig ausgestattet, es gibt eine Küche,eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und angenehm,die Matrazen sind wunderbar. Die Villa liegt in der nähe von Kattavia,deswegen war es ganz einfach dort zu Fuß gehen,um einzukaufen. Obwohl die Villa einige kilometer weit von Prasonisi war,unsere Kinder verweigerten den Swimmingpool zu lassen. Wir haben Rhodos zum dritten Mal besucht,(da mein Ehemann kite surfing macht) und wir haben in einer Villa mit privaten Swimmingpool gewohnt.. Der Swimmingpool in Villa Romeo ist ganz sauber und luxurious. Aus Genadi kauften wir frisches leckeres Fleisch und grillten es in barbecue,darüber die Villa verfügt. Wir haben auch für erste Mal die Festung in Monolithos und das Kloster(Panayas Skiadenis) besucht. Da haben wir den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genossen.Im allgemein, hatten wir viel Spaß. Ich empfehle zweifelos, die Villa Romeo,wenn man sich nach Rühe sehnt ,weg von den überfüllten Hotels. Stamati und Chrisa wir danken Ihnen.
