Welcome to a beautiful apartment complex located in the quiet settlement of Gulići, near the magical city of Poreč. This family-run complex offers an ideal retreat for couples looking for relaxation and an escape from everyday stress. With its five apartments, each of which can accommodate two people, our guests can enjoy privacy and comfort.
Each apartment is carefully furnished to meet all your needs, including a comfortable bedroom, kitchen, spacious bathroom and living room. The apartment offers a view of the beautiful garden that surrounds the house, providing peace and privacy to our guests.
We paid special attention to the outdoor area, where there is a large garden ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. For those who come with their own transport, free private parking is provided inside the complex. The apartments are air-conditioned, and as an additional convenience, each apartment has its own washing machine.
In the center of the garden there is a communal swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or relaxing with a good book. The pool is available to all guests of the apartment, so they can enjoy swimming and sunbathing at any time.

Zur Unterkunft:Ich kann Nino's Appartement nur weiter empfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten uns bei Fragen immer an Nino wenden. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten das Appartement A4, gross, ebenerdig mit Terrasse und einer prächtigen Kiwi-Pergola. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Bett ist übrigens sehr bequem. Die hauseigene und verschmusste Katze Pipi hat uns zudem jeden Tag versüsst. Der Pool ist auch ebenso wunderschön, um die Seele mal baumeln zu lassen. Da wir aber ständig unterwegs waren, haben wir diesen kaum genutzt. Parkplatz ist auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück.Zur Umgebung:Fussläufig in der Nähe sind 2 Restaurants, 1 Fast Food Imbiss, ein kleiner Einkaufsladen (Studenac Markt) und ein kleiner Bäcker. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist höchstens 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar, wo man auch direkt ranfahren kann...schattig und kostenlos. In Porec ist man ebenso in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto, dann aber meist mit Parkplatzgebühren (1 Stunde kam bei uns 1). An jedem Strand wo wir waren, gab es kleine Bars, um gemütlich etwas zu essen und zu trinken. ACHTUNG - teilweise nur Barzahlung möglich.Vielen lieben Dank an Nino.
