The apartment is part of a residential complex with several dwellings, each with its own entrance and terrace. The host resides in another apartment within the same premises, with only the general access area to the complex being shared.



The urbanisation offers easy access to the beach, a nearby golf course and children's areas. It also has a communal swimming pool, which must be used in accordance with the established schedules and regulations.



Less than ten minutes' drive away, you will find connections to the motorway, which facilitates access to any point in Málaga. To explore the Costa del Sol, it is recommended to take the coastal routes, ideal for discovering its beaches and coves. Furthermore, just a few minutes away you will find an attractive gastronomic and leisure offer, with well-known places such as Trocadero Benalmádena, Las Yucas or La Cala, perfect for completing a special stay as a couple.
