Spacious, calm and cozy atmosphere, downtown area, ready to open it, design and comfort are mixed so that you can enjoy a great stay.
Forget the car and go for a walk.
Cafes-restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the lungs of the city 5 minutes walk away, El Campo Grande, a large green area with playgrounds and a promenade. All the tranquility you need, the apartment is quiet and fantastic to enjoy the center of the city.
Ideal for families, travelers and business trips.
The house has two single beds in the double room, four beds distributed in two extra bedrooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware, high-speed Wi-Fi, a work area and two bathrooms. Towels and sheets included. Natural gas heating in winter and fans for summer.
Cleaning and disinfection after each visit following established sanitation protocols.
We include as a courtesy tea, infusions and capsule coffee, Nespresso.
Registration before arrival at the apartment is mandatory for all visitors over 16 years of age.
For stays longer than one week, cleaning will be offered and will be charged separately.
