This lovely 120m2 house is located on the ground floor.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and armchairs set on warm wooden floors. A decorative black fireplace adds charm, while a chandelier and natural light enhance the elegant atmosphere.
There is a relaxed eating space that feels like it's in the garden, as well as a separate sitting room and dining room that mix modern style with Victorian original features.
Gorgeous, private outside space for bright days, with cosy couches and velvet chairs for rainy ones.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The property has four bedrooms, three with UK double beds and one with a UK single bed. All bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
It's a 10 min walk to local shops, historic Kilmainham Goal and the Museum of Modern Art.
Eateries nearby include Urban8 and The Circular Other Hand Bar.
Grab a coffee at Cool Hand Coffee Roasters and stroll through the Memorial Gardens, & chat to the swans gliding by on the river Liffey.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram and bus stations are just a 3-minutes walk.
Dublin Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
