Last-minute reservations (within 24 hours of arrival) may cause an adjustment to the arrival time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The property only accommodates the number of adults confirmed on the reservation. Additional guests will not be accepted.
Identification is required from all guests within 48 hours of booking and at check-in.
Absolutely No bachelorette, bachelor parties, or similar events allowed.
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings. A noise abatement policy is in effect from 9 PM to 7 AM.
Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival.
Late check-outs - we will try to accommodate if no new guests arriving on the day of your departure. Late check out (after 10:00 AM) without prior agreement will incur a 50 euro fee.
Smoking on the property is strictly forbidden and penalty of 250 euro applies if detected.
