La struttura è collocata in Corso Garibaldi, a circa 1 kilometro e poco più dalla stazione. A livello logistico è comoda, situata a piano terra, e con tutto ciò che serve per stare qualche giorno. Un problema della struttura, che non dipende chiaramente dalla proprietaria che è stata molto gentile e disponibile, è la zona che non è sicurissima specialmente di notte, dove non è difficile incrociare qualche balordo o gruppi di stranieri in cerca di qualche soldo. La consiglio se si è abituati a viaggiare e con un po’ di malizia, se si è in famiglia o in cerca di tranquillità un po’ meno.
