Ca na Catalina is a charming village house located just a few minutes from the main square of Sóller. The property features a traditional Mallorcan stone entrance that opens onto a cozy, light-filled living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level, you will also find a beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying the pleasant Mediterranean climate.

The house offers 3 double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional guest toilet, providing space and comfort for the whole family. It is equipped with air conditioning, a wood-burning stove, internet connection, and satellite TV, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

This typical townhouse is only a short walk from the beautiful main square of Sóller, allowing you to enjoy not only its traditional charm but also the town’s vibrant cultural life. Art lovers should not miss Can Prunera, a beautifully restored Art Nouveau mansion with an excellent collection of works by artists such as Picasso, Warhol, and local talents Miquel Barceló and Francesca Martí.

On the main road on the outskirts of the town, just a short stroll away, you will also find the Balearic Museum of Natural Sciences together with the Botanical Garden, home to a wide variety of native plant species. Sóller is also the perfect starting point for a number of scenic hiking routes and is a popular destination for mountain bikers.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. Access by car requires municipal authorization, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.

This authorization allows circulation only (e.g., for unloading luggage) but does not permit parking on public streets within the town center. Parking is only allowed in designated public parking areas.

Public parking facilities are located on the outskirts of the town, approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the center.

The authorization can be requested up to 72 hours after entering the zone. Before your arrival, we will provide detailed instructions on how to obtain it, along with a map showing access routes and parking options.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Sóller. The house was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated during the warm weather.The location was excellent for exploring Sóller and the surrounding areas of Mallorca. Communication with the host was easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location near town center made it easy to access taxis, Ubers, tram, and train. It was also a scenic, 15 minute walk to bus stop which was very efficient for day trip to Palma. Host didn’t recommend car rental which was spot on. I concur. Soller is a quaint, picturesque and charming town. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Amenities were as advertised and covered everything needed. Air conditioning was appreciated during summer travel.

Great location for NW exploration. Exactly as expected with perfect location to the plaza, food, shopping, tram, bus and the train. House layout is perfect for small or larger groups. Taxi from the airport on arrival very affordable at 50 Euros. Food reasonable with fantastic restaurant access. Plaza entertainment and market wonderful culture experiences. Hiking access was awesome! Several bus trips to trailhead allowed walking back to town. The whole week was great . Very responsive host .

Lovely home close to plaza

Great location near restaurants, coffee shops, tram, and shopping. Port de Soller is about 3 miles away which is accessible by tram. The home is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need.

The locaction of this property is brilliant - just off a main street that leads to the town square. The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean, great air con and a lovely small garden out the back. Parasols provided for the trip to the beach!

Charming house in perfect position in centre of Soller. Very clean on arrival and always plenty of hot water. Heating worked well. Comfortable living room. Toilet cistern upstairs sometimes runs continuously and dishwasher did not seem effective ( perhaps a problem with the dishwasher tablets provided?). No UK channels available on tv.

An excellently located property.

This is a typical Mallorcan town house in an excellent location close to the centre of Sóller. It was very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning and WiFi are are a welcome addition. I would strongly recommend for small family or two couples.

Soller property review

Property is large and very comfortable, it is only a few minutes walk from the main square but is in a quiet side street. It was very convenient for all our needs and Virginia was extremely helpful in directing us to the property and ensuring our stay was so pleasant.

An authentic Mallorcan house in a beautiful town

This is a lovely house - I wish we were still there! There is plenty of space for a family and the location couldn’t be better. Very straight forward and helpful communication with Mar. It’s a wonderful part of Mallorca and I would definitely recommend a stay here

First trip to Mallorca!

Absolutely loved the home! Great location near the square, easy access to parking, no fuss, no hassles. Plenty of room, authentic character, and central location all for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend! Only suggestion to the host would be a new coffee maker:)

Beautiful Soller House

Virginia was so helpful regarding a late check out. The house is in a most delightful spot off Carrer Lluna which is where the main shopping area is off the Square. It’s ideal for a Soller Pueblo stay. Thank you Virginia.

Comfortable house in a great location. Quiet despite it's proximity to the central square. Air conditioning very welcome given how hot it ws. Virginia very helpful. Could do with some sun loungers. Would return for another stay.

Fourth time and counting!

This is our fourth stay at Ca na Catalina which is positioned in a quiet street just off the main town square. Soller and it's surroundings are superb. The Fira was quite an experience! The agent Xisca and her staff could not have been more helpful and kind. We look forward to returning next year!

Soller in October

We had a lovely holiday at this house in Soller in October. The house is located within a few minutes walk of the main square, where there are lots of shops and restaurants. We will be back.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The hosts were very responsive, and everything went smoothly. The only thing I found challenging is that the beds and a few of the door ways are not meant for tall people. At 6’2”, my feet were slightly off the mattress.
