Forty minutes south is the town of Westerly and Watch Hill which offer shopping and waterfront restaurants. Other attractions include Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos..30 minutes; Mystic Aquarium, Seaport and Shopping Village..45 minutes; Martha's Vineyard..1 1/2 hour ferry; Boston. 1 1/2 hours and New York City..3 1/2 hours.
