Hi Jeff, I can understand your point of view and the inconvenience of what you’ve stated in your review. I do apologize for the inconveniences your experienced, however, our house did undergo substantial storm damage and it has been a much longer process than anticipated to get our house fully completed since the storm. The outside should have been completed before your arrival, but that was out of our hands and I communicated with you the best I could when I got word of it. I was not aware of the outside nail situation or the fork situation. If I had been made aware of these things, I would’ve immediately contacted our contractor or housekeeper to rectify the situations. A rental agreement was sent to you in advance and it states all what the house/housekeepers provide. This helps our guests be prepared on what to bring or what not to bring. It also states to please contact me with any questions you may have. I make sure to make myself readily available, by phone, to all guests incase any situations arise.
