The property was great. The best part was the covered pool and kid water park. Excellent shade, cool breeze and great amenities. Drinks and food poolside with the coffee bar and the grill were awesome

Loved staying here at Splash resort! Comfy beds, beautiful views. There is some noise in second bedroom because it’s close to elevators, but we loved the convenience of being right off the elevator. Would stay again!

Very clean unit, close to everything, easy booking and check-in process. Great view from the balcony. Very friendly staff on property. Pools and splash pad was great for our little ones.

Excellent room and excellent location. Very good communication with owner. They fixed and issue super quickly. I would recommend this unit for any family with small kids, because the 3rd floor is super convenient!

There were a few things that needed to be fixed but the host immediately was on top of them all which was amazing! Place was a great stay right in beach and amenities for the kids.

Nice place but could use some updating like the glass doors on tubs need to be remo ved old broke and dangerous I have bad knees and getting jn and out was very hard. the room would have a mildew smell at times the mirror in the bathroom is cracked and some of the lamps need replaced. The floors seemed like they were clean with something but not rinsed because they were slippery. And the bed in second room was extremely hard and way to high I couldn't hardly get in the bed. I don't know about the master bedroom because I didn't sleep there. But if these things are attended to I would stay there again.

This was a nice ocean front property. Loved having the free beach chairs and umbrella. We had to contact the owner with a minor issue, and he had it resolved within minutes of our call. Overall nice place to stay.

It was a great stay! I’d stay again. We didn’t have trash bags or extra paper towels. I reached out to both the owner and house keeper and never received a response. We ran down to target and bought some but that was just a slight inconvenience. A response just would’ve been appreciated!

Great experience and very nice resort. Clean room. Only complaint is the door does not lock from the inside and small children can open the door. Also, pools were not heated as advertised. I suggest the resort add another hot tub. Other than that, great condo.

Splash was a great choice because of the excellent beach and fun water park activities for children. It is close to many other activities and restaurants.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and pools and right off the elevator. Also being on the 3rd floor we could take the stairs if needed. This was often the case as there are only 2 elevators for all 21 floors.The beach chairs and umbrella service was very nice to have every day. Loved the balcony and view! Perfect to have morning coffee and sit in the afternoon when the little needed a nap, can still see the ocean and hear the waves.Please be aware when coming to this unit, you will need to bring extra of the following:hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap/dish soap, a scrub pad for pans, toilet paper, food wrap or baggies, there are NO spices or any seasonings, (unlike other places that I have stayed in). Overall this was a nice place to stay for a beach vacation, this gave the little a place to play in the pool that was shaded in the afternoon after a day of too much sun.

Third year staying here

We have stayed here 3 years and stayed in this condo two years in a row. The owner was great and always quick with any questions I had for him. Great place my great grand son loves this place .

Good location for a family vacation and easy booking process. Resort is a little pricey, but away from the crowd so it was nice for our young kids.

Excellent condominium, fantastic view with Caribbean sunset. We stayed 28 days and enjoyed every second.
