The host, Seymour, was wonderful. He tried his best to fix any problems we had. Our particular unit had some real drawbacks. The hot water worked on and off. If we used the microwave, it blew a fuse and turned off everything so we had to reset the fuse a dozen times and then go around the back of the building to reset the hot water. There were no shelves in the kitchen and no light in the kitchen either. That sounds like a lot but the pool was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the tv worked once a box was placed in the bedroom. Seymour spent a lot of time stocking our kitchen and I appreciate him.

Hi Diane, We declined our offer to fix the fuse during your stay, which was such an easy fix. The TV works excellent, but if you do not how to operate it..... You are also very happy with Seymour, but you horribly stabbed him in the back for all the things he did for you guys. Because Seymour works on commission basis and since your bad review, no more bookings have been made through on this channel. All the best!
