A distinctive balcony flat in the heart of Little Venice. Overlooking a private garden. A tranquil space to rest and enjoy your time in London. Spaced over 2 floors and equipped with everything you need to make you trip perfect. Minutes walk from lovely restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, pharmacy and public transport. The fantastic location make it easy to get to London's world famous West End, Lords Cricket Ground, Kensington Gardens, Notting Hill, Abby Rd recording studio, BBC Maida Vale recording studio and much more!

The flat is at the top floor of the building. There is an lift/elevator for most of the way, however the guests will have to walk up two flights of stairs to get in. If anyone has mobility issues the stairs could be challenging and we want to make sure all guests are aware of this before they book.

This designer property will allow you to live like a Londoner. An experience to enjoy by those who have never been to London or a seasoned traveller returning to one of their favourite cities.

My host was very welcoming, and the apartment was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was also very convenient, and the Heathrow Express arrived in 15 min from Heathrow to Paddington Station for only 10 pounds per adult (kids under 15 free).

Loved every minute of this stay! There was 4 of us ladies on a first trip to London from Minnesota, USA. Kasia and Jennifer were very receptive to any message we sent and the property was beautiful, clean, and we loved the location. Quiet and charming area to stay in, but steps away from the tube to get around to anywhere. The coffe shop we visited daily and also the pub right around the corner was fantastic! I would recommend staying here, with 4 of us it was lovely and enough room for 2 in one room and the other 2 had their own rooms. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I hope to come visit London again and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We traveled to London from NY for a long weekend. This property was beautiful. Host Jennifer was very communicative and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We loved the design. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. Location was fabulous. The neighborhood was beautiful and local dining was great. Short walk to tube stop and easy to get to from Heathrow if you take the Heathrow Express. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice stay

We had a very nice week in this appartment with a lovely rooftop terrace. It is very well located: public transport, restaurants and shops are very close. The host responds very quickly to all questions. It was perfect!

Kasia and Peter were incredible with their email communications and so helpful. The apartment was spacious and with a lovely view of the city. And parakeets in the garden trees!! We cooked in two evenings and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The location in the city was perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood so close to a tube station to get you anywhere. Toast was a terrific coffee shop we visited daily. We will definitely stay again when back in the city.

This was my family’s (my husband and I and our 3 boys 21,18,13) favorite place we stayed during our trip to Europe. There are LOTS of stairs (you get a full cardio work out each day) but the patio view is worth it. We enjoyed tea every morning and happy hour each evening out there. The location is perfect with the Tube stop at the end of the block, as well as a small market, coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants on the way. It has an upscale London neighborhood feel that makes you feel safe but still part of the city. Check-in was easy, the host and her assistant were great with communication and made us feel completely taken care of. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in London!

Beautiful safe neighborhood location minutes from the tube to explore anywhere

What a wonderful place to call home for a week in London! We had plenty of room to gather or curl up with a book in a quiet space. The rooftop deck overlooking a private garden was perfect for morning tea or an evening glass of wine. The Warwick Avenue tube station is a safe, 4-minute walk to easily go anywhere in London. Don't miss walking through the neighborhood to explore the canals and gardens. Just around the corner from the flat is a local pub, wine shop, chocolate shop and grocery. We also enjoyed walking to a restaurant built over the canal (suggested in the information left for the guests) and walking to Abbey Road. The hosts were wonderful and quick to offer suggestions of things to do while we were in town. We'd love to come back asand stay again! have recharge alone.

Our family LOVED our stay in this beautiful flat! We spent three nights there in late July with our four children ages 9, 12, 12, and 14. The flat was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood of Little Venice is full of charm and the street the flat is on is beautiful - gorgeous homes with buckets of pretty flowers, adorable shops, a pub just around the corner, and very close to the tube.The master suite on the top floor is spacious and the ceiling windows provided plenty of fresh air. The tub in the bathroom is huge and was great for relaxing after a full day touring the city. The kitchen was well-equipped and Jennifer provided tea, coffee, spices, and all the essentials we needed to cook breakfasts and dinner at home. Our kids enjoyed their "fancy" bathroom and were comfy on the beds too.The balcony is great - we enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco in the evenings and loved the garden below. Opening the balcony doors and 1st floor windows provided fresh air.It is a short walk to the Warwick Ave tube station which made it easy to access the city. It was easy to meet the host with the keys when we first arrived, and since we flew in from the US early am, they were kind enough to store our bags while they cleaned.Communication with the hosts was excellent and we really loved this place - will recommend to friends and family and hope to visit again soon!

This place is AMAZING. Perfect location to the train and some really cute restaurants right around the corner. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony at the end of the touring day. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely place and the area is just beautiful. Quiet and easy access to Underground station.Has a lovely garden in the back but no access due to apartment building rules. That was kind of a bummer.

Absolutely brilliant property. Located in a posh London neighborhood, felt safe and at home for the week we stayed there. Very communicative co-hosts who helped answer countless questions. They went above and beyond letting us in the property when our flight arrived - we napped, showered, and were out on the town before we would have checked in elsewhere; and let us stay a bit past check out so we didn't have to get to LHR too early. Beds were comfortable and having a large fridge, washer/dryer, and space to spread out was invaluable. Also, check out instructions were very easy - just leave keys and go! Would stay here again without any hesitation and highly recommend it!

The best Host and CoHost you could wish for! Very attentive to making our visit smooth and enjoyable. The flat was exceptionally well appointed and lacked for nothing. The location in London was perfect - quiet area but very close to the Underground station and local restaurants! Highly recommended.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Maida Vale is hidden gem in London. It is full of gorgeous pubs, the canals and great restaurants. Once you come you will never want to leave. But if you do it is very easy to do so with public transport on your doorstep. It is easy access the West End, Notting Hill, Mayfair , London Zoo and many other parts of London. Plus so easy to get to from Heathrow.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My property is a home not a soulless vacation rental. When the sun shines in London it is flooded with natural light. The balcony is what everyone especially loves!! It is really unique expericne to look down into the private garden and have space and peace ( yet still be in the middle of London). In the sun you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and look for the green parakeets in the trees. These are only found in select spots in West London . You can also see Wembley arch in the distance especially when it is lit up. Sunsets in the evenings are the best enjoyed with cocktail on the balcony.
