This is a newly refurbished apartment with all that you will need for a comfortable stay in Central London. It is 3 minutes away from Paddington Station and within 15 minutes of Hyde Park, Kensington Park, Notting Hill, Portobello Road and so many other attractions.
The apartment comprises of spacious rooms, separate kitchen and dining area and even a separate bar/drinks area. There is a private courtyard and free parking may be arranged upon request.
There are two bathrooms - including an ensuite. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king sized bed and the flat provides all linen, towels and bathroom toiletries

Ismail was a fabulous host. Very responsive and accommodating regarding dropping of luggage early. Very homely feel to the place, large living areas. Great outdoor courtyard area and wonderful location. Highly recommend

Beautiful flat!

We loved this cozy flat! It was so cute and well situated in a great area of London with Paddington a short walk away. Ismail was fast to respond with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great Apartment

Great location for a stay in London. Close to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, plus easy access to several tube and bus lines. The place was very comfortable. Great for a family.

Family trip

We stayed for over a week at this location in March 2025. Everything was clean, amenities as advertised - very comfortable beds! Ismail was so easy to work with and super responsive. A GREAT host. Definitely recommend.

Great host, great location

The house is so close to a central underground station, it made going anywhere very easy. Ismail has done a great job with the place too, we enjoyed the space. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome around the holidays and was so responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Nice unique place! Creative use of space. Bathroom shower had an issue on the last day but believe owner will replace shower pan. We locked ourselves out and the owner was quick to respond and provide an alternate key. Thank you!

Paddington station flat

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to Paddington station, nice selection of restaurants as well. Flat was well appointed and decorated nicely, would benefit from updates to bathrooms. Great communication/responsiveness with the host.

Enjoyable stay

Our family of five spent about a week in London in late November and had a great time! Ismael’s place is very convenient, just a couple of blocks away from Paddington station, and there are many pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and neat, and the appliances worked great, just as expected. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay in London.

Perfect Stay

The flat was exactly as described in the listing. We had everything we needed including bottled water and coffee! The neighborhood was clean and quite and very close the train station. The home owner was very responsive and accomodating. This was one of my best vrbo experiences.

Perfect Location for a London Visit

The unit is very comfortable for a 4 day stay. The location and proximity to Paddington for trains and subway cannot be beat. The rooms are decent size. The bathrooms are a touch small, but this is expected for London. The living are was particularly comfortable. The in-unit laundry was a little tricky, but we got it working with minimal effort. Our interaction with the property manager went well. He was responsive to our questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Great host, great location!

Great property, fantastic location ! Our family of 6 stayed for 4 nights, during a heatwave. I am a Floridian and am accustomed to A/C, so I was a little worried that the flat did not have ac, but it was fine. The temp was comfortable the entire time. Ismail was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and welcoming. The flat was so cute and well stocked with essentials. Wonderful water pressure. The neighbor and her dog are very friendly as well! The only thing I might recommend is that you consider having a top sheet available for the bed. I know it’s very boomer American to use a top sheet, but sometimes a blanket is just too heavy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travelers.

Wonderful property owner and big flat with outdoor space

The property owner, Ishmail, was wonderful and very responsive before and upon arrival at the flat. He allowed us an early check-in which was very helpful and very appreciated. The basement flat is large and the rooms were nicely sized and clean. Being a basement flat there was a musty odor to the one bathroom but, that was the only thing I could fault. The flat is two blocks from Paddington Station and the business center which was very convenient and made getting around the rest of London very easy. Having outdoor space that was private was also a plus. Overall a great rental for our purposes.

Wonderful location, friendly owners, memorable stay!

This flat was wonderfully located in a quiet area— a short five-minute walk to the quieter side of Paddington Station, and access to the wonderful Elizabeth line, as well as underground options. There’s no where you can’t get to from Paddington. We enjoyed the easy access to Hyde Park where you enter right by the Italian Gardens. Owners met us at the flat and were friendly and helpful. Master bathroom was excellent, and there was a fun coffee nook and well-appointed kitchen. Living room was quite large and gave additional sleeping options. I wish the outdoor space (front entrance and courtyard) had been a bit more usable/ comfortable so perhaps a future project? As a ground floor apartment it could be a little dark and musty, but don’t let that stop you. It’s a great place, with great owners, with a superb location!

Great stay close to Paddington Station

We loved our stay here during a gals trip to see London at Christmas. Being a block away from Paddington Station made getting anywhere we wanted to go so easy, and there is a great coffee shop called Treeology across from the station that we visited daily. The flat itself had more than enough space for us - 3 friends so we utilized each of the bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room. Because of the layout it felt like three separate bedrooms at night, but we could easily put the sleeper away and enjoy the comfortable living room when we wanted to relax in the evenings after sight seeing. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen space, plus a dining table to sit around. Internet worked well, very easy to get into the flat with instructions provided, and the host was more than accommodating, always responding quickly to messages. Highly recommend if you are looking for a more residential stay that will still allow you to get to any attraction easily. Extra shout out to The Victoria that is a 12 minute walk and had an amazing Sunday roast and atmosphere.
