The cozy interior of the property, which is located on the first floor of the building without a lift, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub gives service to the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.
The house is located in a residential, respectful and quiet area of the small urbanization of Cala Pi, where you will find a supermarket and a restaurant. For more services you will have to go to Sa Rapita or Llucmajor. The best thing about the location is that the house is next to the imposing torrent and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful cove of turquoise waters and fine sand. From here begins a wonderful cliff with incredible views. If you feel like it, you can also visit the prehistoric settlement of Talaiot Capocorp Vell, declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1931.
