All amenitie including a supermarket, several bars, restaurants and the club house from the La Marquesa Golf Course are reachable in under 2 minutes in car. Additionally, the main street of Ciudad Quesada and town of Rojales is just over a 5 minute drive away as well.

The accommodation is comfortably furnished and equipped. On the outside, it boasts a roof top solarium, equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs & BBQ. On the inside, all rooms feature hot & cold air conditioning units, internet wifi connection, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
