Communication was lacking. We did not receive any information until we reached out on our holiday asking for check in codes. When we did reach out, he was responsive which was could but we are used to receiving this information ahead based on our stays at other Vrbo locations. The apartment was nicely done with respect to style and being updated but for the price, the location and cleanliness was not for us. We ended up booking a different location once we got into the apartment so we did not even stay at this location. Sadly, I would not recommend this place.

Nothing. ZERO communication. Never received instructions on how to enter property. Family of 5 were standing on the sidewalk in London in front of the property with no way to get in. Sent message in VRBO app and received no response.

No communication, never received keys, access code, etc. Traveling from the US. Never received instructions on how to enter property. Family of 5 standing on the streets of London in front of the property, 1 hour after scheduled check in, messaging and calling the host with no response.
