Serenity Villa features two elegant double bedrooms, each with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and access to a communal balcony where you can enjoy the view. Both rooms come with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance, a fridge and a small desk. The bathrooms are well-appointed with modern amenities such as hairdryers, toiletries, and towels. For added convenience, there is an extra WC near the living room with a washing machine.

Important notice A:
-The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 50 euros per day to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

-Linen change and cleaning service 1 per week, towels change every 3-4 days.

-Not suitable for people with limited mobility (a lot of stairs), infants and kids at the ages 0-12 year old (stairs and some rails without protection).

Important Notice B:
Starting from January 1st, 2025 there is an "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 8 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March the amount of 2 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
