The apartment can accommodate up to 13 guests and remains comfortable for up to ten.

The main living room features two double sofa beds (140 × 200 cm), a large-screen TV, and an extendable dining table that seats up to 12 people.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with:

The sleeping area consists of:
-A master suite with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a single sofa bed (90 × 190 cm)

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The flexible sleeping area, with its two double sofa beds, is in the basement: it has no window and gets no daylight. Guests who want to sleep in a room with a window should take this into account.
* The apartment is at street level, in a part of the 10th that is very busy in the evening and at night: passers-by sometimes stop in front of the door and urine odours can be noticeable at the entrance. If you are travelling with young children and looking for a quiet residential area, this apartment is not the right choice.
* Traffic and music from the neighbourhood can be heard inside, sometimes late at night. Light sleepers may be disturbed.
* The apartment is comfortable for up to ten. With eleven to thirteen guests, the two double sofa beds in the living room can only be opened by moving the table and some of the furniture, and the space becomes tight.
* The water heater has a limited capacity: for a large group, hot water runs out after a few showers, so showers need to be spread out over the day.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be a 3-minute walk from Château d'Eau metro station and steps from Passage Brady, in a 100 m² apartment with a washer, a dryer and a dining table for twelve.
