Villa Zia - Countryside and Sea Views

Summary:
Villa Zia sits on the mountainside in beautiful Islamlar. Enter the villa through the front door into the spacious hallway. To the left is the fully fitted shower room/guest cloakroom. The villa also has a large room fitted with a gleaming, large 165 cm wide 2 person jacuzzi. An exercise mat, weights and a gym ball make up the rest of this room (for those who want to keep fit during their stay!) and large patio windows open out onto the pool terrace.

The Space:
Continuing along the hallway you come to the spacious, lounge, dining room and kitchen area. Arm chairs and sofa’s abound in this area along with a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. Sitting next to the kitchen we have a dining table and 4 comfortable chairs should you wish to eat inside.

The gleaming white kitchen is fitted with a built in cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and a glass, gas hob. Plenty of cupboards with all that you would require should you decide to cook. Large patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

From the hall, take the marble staircase to the 1st floor. Here you will find the master suite with king size bed, wall mounted television and large ensuite shower room. The washing machine is situated in this room. Large patio doors take you to your private balcony, with table and chairs, ideal for that glass of wine and perusing the wonderful countryside and sea views of Kalkan.

The second spacious bedroom has two single beds, ensuite shower room and that all important, private balcony again with table and chairs, and that view.

Moving outside, the spacious, and very private pool terrace is adorned with a built in BBQ, teak table and 4 chairs. This whole area is covered by a filtering sun shade. This is the perfect place for your Al Fresco dining

On the other side of the terrace we have four sun beds and a large parasol, along with a comfy cushioned, sofa, two armchairs and table.

The large pool, 4 meters by 9.6 meters and 1.45 meters deep has a huge water spout which you can operate by remote control situated on the wall. Steps, lead you effortlessly into the water.

Going further along the terrace is a large lawned area which houses the table tennis table, 2 large cushions for lounging and a wonderful rattan swinging egg chair.



It goes without saying, that this villa is fully air conditioned and has unlimited WiFi.
