La Villa Evin est une luxueuse villa moderne en bord de mer avec un emplacement fantastique à quelques mètres du bord de l'eau. En deux minutes, vous pouvez nager sur les plates-formes de baignade en bord de mer ou prendre le petit-déjeuner / déjeuner dans l'un des clubs de plage au bord de l'eau. Il s'agit d'un quartier résidentiel paisible idéal pour la détente et la récupération. Un endroit idéal pour profiter des eaux cristallines du drapeau bleu de la baie de Kalkan. Lorsque vous voulez juste monter dans le bateau-taxi local pour vous emmener au centre-ville. Vous y trouverez les jolies petites rues du charmant vieux quartier de Kalkan regorgeant de petites boutiques, d'excellents restaurants et de cafés / bars.

Villa Evin est une spacieuse villa de deux chambres et deux salles de bains pouvant accueillir confortablement 4 personnes dans une chambre double et une chambre lits jumeaux / double. La disposition et l'emplacement de la villa attirent les couples à la recherche d'une escapade romantique, les petites familles avec enfants, ainsi que les amis en vacances ensemble. En dehors de la piscine à débordement privée et de la piscine jacuzzi séparée ont une vue imprenable sur la mer et sont principalement sans vis à vis. La piscine est chauffée en basse saison pour la maintenir à une température confortable. La grande terrasse de la piscine offre du soleil et de l'ombre à différents moments de la journée, avec des espaces pour bronzer, manger en plein air ou simplement se détendre à l'ombre de la pergola du jardin. À l'arrière de la villa se trouve un jardin mature de citronniers, d'orangers, de tilleuls et d'oliviers situé entre Hibiscus, Jasmin et Begonvillea.

Villa Evin is well looked after and presented villa situated in a quiet area with easy access to the beach (across the road), restaurants and shops in Kalkan town. Thank you Bridget and team for arranging the airport transfers and rental car everything worked flawlessly. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and look forward to returning in the future

Totally relaxing 2 weeks

Villa was amazing in every way and lived up to its description given by Bridget who was always available if needed for little tips / bits of info. We all loved the Jacuzzin and Pool. The villa was in a nice relaxing quiet area with amazing view of the Sea and coastline of Kalkan. Beachclubs / water sports within 2 mins walk. We as a family would definitely want to stay again at the villa if we visit Kalkan in future.

Our first time in Turkey and this villa did not disappoint. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, the beds were so comfortable and linen provided was fresh. The mid-stay clean was seemless and thorough - just remember to offer the cleaner a cold drink (especially if the weather is hot!). The stroll to the beach clubs was just a few minutes away, and the water taxi was so handy, when we wanted to venture across to Kalkan (lovely young people who work on this taxi - remember to give them a tip ) There are plenty of places to eat in the Beach clubs or across in Kalkan…’Sunset’ bar and restaurant was one of our favourites. The owner was incredibly helpful on a couple of occasions when we had to speak to her…very friendly. We had amazing weather during our stay and the lovely pool and air conditioning in the villa was a welcome break from the heat! We would definitely return to this wonderful place.

Villa Evin - Summer 24

Had a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Evin. Perfectly located across the bay from Kalkan, fantastic beach clubs within walking distance and a short trip by Taxi or boat to some wonderful restaurants. The villa is perfectly sized with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a great pool, dining area, sunbeams and a shaded area too. We loved watching the sunset from the pool of an evening. Host, Bridget, was on hand for any queries and gave us loads of tips about the local area. Even managed to get us into the property early after an overnight flight. The best indication I can give you of our stay is that my wife never wants to go back to the same place twice, but we've already booked Vill Evin for next year!

Fantastic

What a wonderful villa, best we have been to and had everything you needed, great touch having the water cooler and all the beach towels, a microwave would have been good though. Location brilliant, nice to be out of the main town as so quiet but also so easy and quick to get to. Restaurants in the main town brilliant, we tended to go more to ones on the road with the supermarkets eg Coriander, as more authentic and alot cheaper. My daughter loved all the animals and named them all!! Would go back straight away. Thanks for a great stay. Kollov family

Beautiful villa in fantastic location

We had a fabulous week in Villa Evin! The villa itself is beautiful, with lovely spaces both inside and out. Inside there is a light, spacious lounge to chill in, a well equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms with the comfiest beds, and two stylish bathrooms. Outside there is a good dining area, a shaded, comfy seating area, but, best of all, a fantastic infinity pool, with jacuzzi, with the beautiful views across the bay. Inevitably this is where we spent most of our time! The location is great. It's literally a stone's throw from a great beach club and water taxi - handy for the teenagers to head off to! It's also in a quiet part of Kalkan, though there are several places to eat near by, and it's a few minutes by taxi into the town centre (and what a view on the drive in and out!) Bridget was a great host - good communication, lovely to chat to and she left a great welcome pack, including some much needed cold beer! Thank you!

Villa Evin

Just returned from a weeks holiday. Villa Evin was fantastic, the views from the villa are just amazing, every evening there is a wonderful sunset, we're we sat outside having a drink and a BBQ. The beach is only a 30 seconds walk from the front door. We were on a night flight, when we arrived at the villa there was some tea, coffee, beer, juice, bread, cheese, and some nibbles which was just what we needed after a long day travelling. The villa was absolutely spotless, it looks brand new. All the beds, bed linen, towels were of high quality. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bridget is always on hand to help you with anything which is always very comforting when you are in a different country. If you are wanting to stay in a quality villa in a wonderful location, with the sea on your door step, and amazing views then I highly recommend Villa Evin.

Wonderful Villa Evin

Villa Evin was everything we hoped for and more. Modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The outside area was wonderful. Amazing views out to sea with glorious sunsets. The pool and pool area were cleaned every day. The big umbrella over the outside dining table and the shaded seating area with lovely comfortable chairs made it easy to escape the heat of the sun. The beach club was less than a two minute walk from the villa. The staff were absolutely lovely and would happily reserve sun loungers by the sea. Pretty decent food too. The water taxi to and from Kalkan was a real highlight. Such a lovely way to travel and take in the beautiful coastline and spot the odd turtle! Kalkan itself is lovely. Lots of nice restaurants and shops. What really struck us is how lovely the Turkish people are. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. All in all it was one of the best holidays we've had. Thank you Bridget and Sehir - we'll be back!

Fantastic Villa

Just spent 2 lovely weeks at villa Evin. Absolutely immaculately kept with everything you need for your stay. Great touch with the welcome pack and the water provided lovely and cold is just so needed. Villa is quite away from the harbour but you can walk. Quite hilly but only takes about 45 minutes. Taxi service is brilliant. As we stayed for 2 weeks we had a cleaner halfway through. She was amazing. Also pool man came every day. The pool was one of the best we have ever had. Lovely and heated. Beds were so comfy! Air con nice and modern. Only 2 small things that let the villa down. Hot water was slow in kitchen and hard to regulate temperature in shower. There is also a large electric pylon which really spoils the beautiful views from the villa. We soon forgot about it though and named him Percy! A lovely stay all round. Bridget was so helpful throughout the whole pr9cess. Thanks so much! Xx

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir als Familie (Eltern mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern) hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Evin. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und bietet mit Pool, Liegebereich und schattiger Lounge einen schönen Außenbereich. Man hat vom Haus und auch draußen immer einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht. Der Blick wird etwas beeinträchtigt durch einen kleinen Strommast auf der anderen Straßenseite (zu sehen auf den Bildern, aber kaschiert durch den Sonnenschirm), was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Direkt unterhalb fußläufig in 2 Minuten liegt ein Beachclub, wo wir auch im Meer baden konnten. Von dort dröhnte am Nachmittag hin und wieder laute Musik herüber, auch das war wegen der zeitlichen Begrenzung aber kein Problem.Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschöne, saubere Villa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön, absolut sauber und in einem geschmackvollen, modernen Stil eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und es gibt meiner Meinung nach nicht einen negativen Punkt, was das Haus betrifft. Die Lage ist top, die Terrasse riesig und der Pool ist überragend. Die Kommunikation mit Bridget war immer freundlich und informativ, sämtliche Fragen wurden umgehend und umfassend beantwortet. Als der Wasserkocher nicht mehr funktionierte, wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein neues Gerät geliefert. Für uns als Familie war es ein absolut perfekter Urlaub und wir werden sicherlich erneut buchen. Auf einer Skala von 1-10 ist Villa Evin eine klare 10!!

Great villa, great location - superb

My wife and I enjoyed a great week at Villa Evin. The villa was very modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The outside area was excellent and the sun was in the pool area all day where you can sit and look at the wonderful view. Location is about a 5mins drive away from centre of Kalken where the majority of the restaurants are located - you will need a car/taxi. Good restaurants we visited were both located on the hill down to the marina - Kalamare (exceptional) and Coriander Communication with Bridget was first class and we would definitely recomend

Villa Evin was just what I was looking forward which was just 5 min taxi out of town. Very clean accommodation and layout just right. I would recommend this villa and location. Beach club is 3 min walk over the road which is great place to watch the sunset.

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Tolle Aussicht tolles Haus gute Villa. Alles wurde prompt erledigt. Gleich in der Nähe befindet sich ein Beach Club durch diesen der Zugang zum Meer möglich ist. Liegeflächen werden zwar nicht vermietet jedoch muss man Speisen bzw Getränke bestellen Punkt ein Auto ist dringend erforderlich. ist am Hang gebaut. Gibt's mehrere Supermärkte bei denen man einkaufen kann jedoch liegen diese vier bis fünf Minuten von der Villa entfernt Punkt die Stadtmitte ist relativ gut besucht viele kleine Restaurants und Cafés. Jedoch auch hier einplanen dass man ins Schwitzen kommt da auch hier etappenweise ein sehr steiler Hang zu bewältigen gilt alles im allem empfehle ich Kalkan sehr ideal für die Familie zum Entspannen ein ruhiger Ort mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung

Die Villa sehr sauber Schön und sehr sauber. Das Meer ist 20 Meter von der Villa entfernt.

Ich kann die Villa jedem empfehlen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt. 20 Meter zum Strand. Der Pool und die Einrichtung waren auch sehr schön.

Amazing 2 weeks

We had the most relaxing 2 weeks at villa Evin. We have stayed in quite a few places in Kalkan but this was our first time in Kisla,what a bonus to be 2 mins walk & you’re in the sea. Lovely & quiet but so easy & cheap to get a taxi into the town in the evening or hop on the water taxi. Everything was perfect, Bridget was very helpful & we didn’t want to leave. I just hope we can return next year.

I am Bridget Karaaslan and with my husband Sakir, run a well established estate agency called Black Lion in Kalkan. I own and manage a very small selection of Kalkan properties catering for between 2 to 6 people, with a variety of locations and suitable for various budgets.

Villa Evin was built by us and is located just a few doors from our own permanent home in Kisla Kalkan. But don't worry you wont see us. We love the Kisla area of town for its peace and quiet, easy proximity to the sea with a choice of beach clubs and water taxis into the harbour.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Villa Evin is literally 80m from the sea front. You can not get closer than that! Property this close to the water is a rare find such that you hear the waves whilst enjoying the general peace and tranquility that the area has to offer. The nearby Beach club offers a water taxi service to the town centre and is great if you don't want to bother to go far to eat.
In 2019 we completely refurbished the pool and jacuzzi pool reducing the pool depth to a safe and more comfortable 145-150cm and improving accessibility of the concrete pool steps.
